I am really sorry about your experience and understand your frustration. The reason we had to cancel your order is because it contained 5% nicotine, these products are not allowed on the UK market. Although we understand your desire to buy such products it is illegal for us to sell it to UK customers. We have to be very careful with this as we actively stock 5% nicotine in the UK for export and cannot risk people believing we are selling them here.
We have a very strict policy with this to avoid the loss of stock, by way of seizure, which could be very costly to the business.
If you want to reach back out to us, we can work an alternate way to get you your products by supplying them to you in the USA where you said you had friends.
We weren't trying to be unprofessional, it is just that some of our products are only allowed to be bought in the USA.

Just got my 5% mint juul pods which I thought were long gone. Nope! Evelyn hooked me up, shipping was very fast, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service super cool talked through instagram after placing my order online. If your looking for the last couple remaining flavored Juul pods I’d stock up now because there going to dry up here soon! I recommend Evelynvapes to everyone 100% reputable I wish I gave this site a chance sooner.
