purchased three equipement from them. two pens and a large printer with screen. the pens worked very well and still are. the printer had a mechanical issue and I struggled to reach ou the customer service but I eventually did it. it took a few weeks to try to find a solution before decision to provide a new printer was made. I received it last week and tested it yesterday. Even if first contact was complicated and the investigation took a bit of time, the functionalities of the equipement and the solving of my problem made my experience very positive.

Good communication from beginning to end. Before ordering, the team answered my questions about the printer model, ink, shipping, and usage. After receiving the machine, they continued to provide support instead of disappearing after the sale. The response time was fast, and the solution was practical. This is the kind of service international buyers need.

The printer arrived in good condition and was well packed. What impressed me most was the after-sales service. I had a small problem during the initial setup, and the support team responded quickly with clear instructions and videos. They were patient and professional throughout the process. It is reassuring to know that help is available after the purchase.

I had contacted a few other sellers before, but some of them replied very slowly or stopped responding after the purchase. My experience with EVEBOT was different. Their customer service replied quickly, explained the setup clearly, and followed up after delivery. When I had a question about the ink cartridge, they helped me solve it without delay. Very satisfied with both the product and the support.

We paid USD 1,397.77 for the cocktail printing machine. They have disappeared, they do not respond to emails, and they have not refunded the money. A month has passed and we have received no updates from them. Absolutely avoid them. UNRELIABLE.

Paid after seeing an Ad on Facebook, that was a mistake as never saw the product and the customer service is non-existant.
Claiming the money back through a chargeback from my bank account. Don't fall for the ads on social media the company is a sham and fraud. I waited 5 weeks, then contacted them, they replied eventually to say item was stuck in customs but the tracking they provided said it hadn't even been dispatched. Waste of time, avoid.

I placed an order on May 15th and never received the product.
The tracking has been frozen since May 25th, and despite multiple follow-ups, Evebot refused to issue a refund unless I return a package I never received.
This is completely unacceptable. I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
I trusted this company, but the way they handle customers is irresponsible and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Even main office does not reply my request to get an invoice. How can businesses purchase anything from them if no invoice is provided. Even when I have asked doe it like 7-8 times. Bought 1 pen to see the quality and was planning to buy 5 more but without an invoice just cant do that.
