The assistants were very helpful, playing on several keyboards and guiding me to what they thought would suit me best. More than happy with the price and all set up easily at home and enjoying playing it,so all in all very happy 😊

The 12” 30 strand pure sound snares are way overpriced. I payed $120 for them. They are 40 dollars online elsewhere. Also no delivery on my package

It’s so good to be greeted cordially and treated with respect- even if I don’t know much about instruments or repairs. They were exceptionally helpful and good humoured and I would recommend them to anyone. This was my second visit and the service was impeccable.

These guys are great, the sort of help you need in a music shop, happy smiling people. Professional attitude and an easy going relaxed approach to sales. So many music shops shutting down so it was encouraging to find one in my local town hiding away that I didn't even know about until last year.
Purchased leads, and musical gear from these guys with no issues. Billy and Ed helped me out with repair work on two guitars with full set up and some personal requirements.
