Waiting for refund
I ordered some deck shoes and received an email from Euston Shoemakers the next morning to say they were out of stock and offering me either a refund or a different shoe. I replied asking for a refund.
That was 6 days ago, and I have not received a refund as yet or even an acknowledgement of my request for a refund. I have emailed Euston Shoemakers again today and await a reply and my refund.
