I ordered some deck shoes and received an email from Euston Shoemakers the next morning to say they were out of stock and offering me either a refund or a different shoe. I replied asking for a refund.
That was 6 days ago, and I have not received a refund as yet or even an acknowledgement of my request for a refund. I have emailed Euston Shoemakers again today and await a reply and my refund.
Complete pathetic company. Took order knowing they never had the goods never contacted myself to arrange refund waited 3 days before I phoned them and they promised to refund . Never happened. Had to contact PayPal to get refund
The company is going bust. They still took my order and nothing is happening

I ordered online, never received a confirmation email so I called them the next day and they informed me the shoes I ordered were out of stock and I would be refunded. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me.
Fantastic service, quality work, super customer service. I used to drop my shoes off to George (previous owner) at this excellent shop, and delighted to discover that standard of excellence have not dropped one iota since new owner took over after George retired. Just got a great pair of boots resoled and re-heeled - and they are like new - but nicely worn in. These small independent businesses are the life blood of our community, and offer craftmanship and great knowledge. Use them, don;t lose them! Thanks..... Neil
After years of driving past this shop back and fourth into and out of London and promising one day to get in and take a look at the shoes in the shop i finally managed it in November. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my wedding and was disappointed with the options in Oscars shop. I decided on what I wanted and after my feet being measured Oscar told me the shoes would be ready in 3 weeks. I collected them last week and can easily say that they are the most comfortable fitting shoes I've ever worn. The quality and service from the minute you step through the door to the minute you leave is excellent. If you looking for great quality, service and value for money then this is the place to go.

Most of us a ‘stick with our local show repairer’ and don’t think twice unless they’re terrible. I’m really lucky because I have these guys nearby and they are truly excellent. In fact some of my shoes have come back better made than when I bought them. They are timely, reasonably priced, reliable and friendly.
