Great easy service to use with pretty clear and reasonable pricing. Recommend their UK arm - AutoAid as well - long term member of them and always use EuroRescue when travelling.

Buying a new policy
On my initial phone call I could not buy a policy & I was told the person would ring back in 5 minutes. I rang back after 50 minutes to be told the office was busy / short of staff & would get a call later.
I was called back 3.5 hours after my 1st call. The person was efficient & I was able to buy a rescue policy for motoring in Ireland quickly. The price has doubled since a similar policy bought in 2022.

Euro rescue for Motorcycle trip
Found the Web site very easy to use. It would have been good if I could have entered my UK member number in so that my details would have come straight up.

No policy schedule to confirm cover
I have had nothing to confirm I am covered other than the email thanking me for choosing you. What happens now? Do you send me a policy schedule or something?
