Brilliant selection of French food and products
Really wonderful to be able to get French products, as it can be so hard to find most of them outside of mainland Europe.
EuropaFood have a fab selection, and package things really well to prevent any damage to the products while shipping. They only ship to UK but I went through AddressPal to get it delivered to me in Ireland :)
Would definitely recommend!

Great service, used online chat to ensure they had enough quantity for my order. Got prompt responses and friendly service. Order was delivered well packaged and with a lenghty expiry date. Overall would use again and was happy with their services.

fuss free checkout, fast, reliable postage and slightly cheaper prices than amazon and ebay. Sad that Asda etc dont stock golden grahams any more....they were £2 a box...now the equivalent of £5.30 with postage (when ordering 10 boxes....) a box of cereal should never cost £5.30.

Europa foods, Europa foods. Where do I start. if I could give a "no star" I will. Worst service ever. We ordered a consignment of multi pack rillettes, merguez sausages etc for Christmas and New Year celebrations. After a long wait for the delivery, Items were delivered as we were on our way out on the Saturday. We put the delivery bag in the refrigerator and wnet out only to return on the Sunday to fin that most of the items have a few days "Consume by" date. By Christmas they will be days out of date. it took several calls and email for Europa foods to respond for a swap of the items or full refund. They have declined. My advise to everyone ordering stuff from Europa foods is to check the "sell by date", Consumeb by date" and !"best by dates"......watch this space. I will be back ............

We appreciate the time and effort you have taken to post negative reviews on multiple platforms. We wish you would have put all this effort into contacting us before placing your order to allow us to advise you as to the best notice for submitting an order in time for Christmas delivery.
We would like to point out that the fresh items you ordered arrived with a week+ consumption time.
As per our initial response to you, ordering fresh or chilled products for delivery 9 days (Christmas) or even 15 days (New Year) before your planned consumption is unusually early. Typically, customers order fresh food just a few days before the holiday. At no point have you notified us or provided a note that your order was for consumption at Christmas or New Year. Otherwise, we would have recommended selecting a later delivery date.
It's important to note that we don't stock any fresh items in the UK. We source them from France upon receiving an order, and therefore we have no interest in providing short-dated products.
Unfortunately, based on the explanation provided, we are unable to refund or replace the items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This is the only supermarket I can buy black pepper Boursin my favourite cheese ever. Ordering is easy and they deliver which is fantastic. Given a choice of delivery dates to suit me. Absolutely fabulous service. I’d never get my cheese without them. Five stars from me.

I would like to clarify that our website does not have a livestock tracking feature. Instead, we strive to provide our customers with the best availability information at the time of their order. We also want to highlight that our system may suggest substitutions for certain items, and we hope our customers find these alternatives satisfactory. However, we acknowledge that this may not always be the case.
To address this issue and improve our service, we have implemented a process where we send an invoice to customers 48 hours before dispatching their order. This allows our customers to review the details of their order, including product availability and any suggested substitutions. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure that the order meets their expectations.
Additionally, we recommend that our customers inform us if they wish to wait for a specific product if it happens that it is unavailable or if they prefer to wait until the item is back in stock before receiving their order. This option is available at the checkout in the Information box.

Wrong shop address given in ready-for-collection email
I was able to get the chocolate I couldn't found elsewhere. The system was easy to use, and I was able to collect my chocolate on the specific day. The only problem was a IT problem that they had. The address on the ready for collection email was incorrect. I went there and the staff did apologize. He gave me a business card with an address in South Kensington. The shop at the address was closed for renovation. Then I search on google map and found that the shop was around the corner - the address on the business card was incorrect. I spent more than an hour to locate the shop and finally I got my chocolate. They were very tasty.

We've been a loyal customer of EuropaFood for going on ten years now. They have maintained an excellent range all through the covid 19 pandemic and Brexit, and their level of customer service has always been exemplary. Used their in-store pick up option for the first time recently and it was fast and pleasant

Last order was the worst experience
Last order was the worst experience: I ordered some good quality cheese, unticked the substitution button because I didn't want it replaced with a bad one.
We exchanged a few emails with Ben Leclerc (director) where he argued a raclette cheese is a raclette cheese and unclicking the sub button doesnt matter.
About 5-10 minutes after I sent the last email, he called me to keep arguing on the phone. I put him on speaker so that the people present could hear what he had to say:
"thank you for wasting my time and yours, you have nothing better to do with your life" etc.
I told him this was harassment at this point, but he "didn't care it made him happy".
Also when I pointed how unprofessional he was with that phone call he said "I m the director I make millions so yeah I m professional".
I could go on but you get the idea.

Extremely unprofessional and harassement
My friend received the wrong product as the item was replaced with a vastly inferior product without knowledge or consent.
After voicing his discontent. My friend has now been receiving phone calls from the Director Ben Leclerc harrassing him and intimidating him for voicing his discontent with the service provided. I witnessed him receive calls on his personal mobile phone to Insulting my friend, gaslighting and harassing him. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
