Arden Broadband Omdömen 

I am with Eurona Arden Broadband nearly ten years and i was never without power for more than 2-3 hours.i joined another provider last year so i always had backup as i could not operate without broadband as a busy insurance broker. The other provider still has not come back on line so its a credit to Eurona Arden. After storm Eowyn last thursday Eurona Arden had us back up and running monday at 12midday thanks to Paul and Kyle and team..GREAT SERVICE..

Have Been with Arden broadband for 6 years . A positive review is long deserved as both the service and the team are exceptional. There has rarely been any interruption in service and on the occasion when there has (due to weather) it has been dealt with promptly by the team with personal check in to ensure everything is working efficiently - even down to changing and set up of equipment . Myself and many of my neighbours work/run businesses from home in Cavan and really rely on an efficient broadband service. Arden supports this and provided us with connection when other providers could not due to our location.
I cannot recommend the team highly enough from the ladies in the office (and Dan) to the engineers most notably Derek who are extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting any IT issues ! A very professional team !

Have been with Arden broadband for three years now on NBI. Have always been very impressed with the service offered, customer service has always been first class. Today I've been blown away by the service offered and really wanted to write this review to share my experience. I lost service late last night, I emailed Dan in Arden early this morning and rang their helpdesk at 09.00. I did some troubleshooting over the phone and couldn't get the service restored. I got a call back from Anita in the office at 09.10 to advise she'd arranged an engineer visit for that same morning. I also got a text from Dan to say he was also checking my profile settings remotely. At 9.40 I got a call from Derek the engineer at Arden to say he'd be with me shortly. He arrived just before 10.00, quickly identified the issue and had me back up and running within half an hour. This really is the finest customer service I've ever received. Big thank you to Dan, Anita and Derek.

Im going to keep it short, in the hope that you deal with Eurona yourself.... Im a customer without bias, but you should know eurona are very customer focused. This is their USP in a world of internet providers.
When you need them, they are there. They are local to you and available to speak to in person and face to face. when you have an issue and want customer service, you get to talk to people who are there to support their customers. No waiting on hold, for ages, waiting to be connected to india !

Superb company to deal with, who have staff that care and will be there to help you. Forget about your internet speeds, it the speed of resolution that matters when you need it.

The internet connection works perfectly fine for me, apart from one week of continuous disruptions when there was an infrastructure issue. That alone would still be 5 stars in general.
However, I booked a 500Mbps connection with them, but had to notice that the provided router (Archer VR1210v) delivers a max bandwidth by WLAN and ethernet cable of around 230MBps only. After I replaced the router with a better one I got the full booked bandwidth.
The other issue is that I booked a static IP address which has changed 2 times within the last 3 month, what caused issues for me.
The third issue is that they don't provide access to the router settings by default and you have to call them and explain why you need it, e.g. setting up routes.
And the forth and really important issue is that they offer an email address as a contact for questions and support, but they never replied to any of my emails.
It looks like the only way to get an answer from them is to call them by phone, what isn't really what I prefer.
