If it's not an obligation for professional reasons please don't open a bank account in Greece, all that à bank can do is to take your money.
They do everything to creat a problems, for the eldary peaple, not very confortable with the debit cards and e banking souffering, the bank can confisquete your money, is legal and if problem happened nobody will help you.
So if somebody want to keep his money safe don't go to any bank specialy eurobank, tray Neobank.
As I leave 35 years to abroad never have problem with other banks exeptionnaly Grec bank, eurobank.

Absorbent fees. Avoid this bank at all cost for ATM withdrawals.

No recommend, cash machine eat my card from other bank and costumer service said that never gonna come back to me, do not use metal cards at this bank....

Completely useless.
They can tell you about card transactions but when you ask about the random fee charges from their side, suddenly they can’t tell you anything and they invite you to visit a branch.
You are so ridiculous that it makes me sick.

Ούτε στα email απαντούν,Ούτε στα τηλέφωνα. Ούτε ένα αστέρι αξίζουν.

Άπαράδεκτες πολιτικες!! Η τράπεζα έχει πολιτική προτεραιότητας προς πελάτες μέσα σε κατάστημα... απέναντι σε πολίτες που δεν διατηρούν λογαριασμό σε αυτούς. περίμενα στην ουρά για να κάνω κατάθεση σε λογαριασμό Eurobank παρ ότι δεν έχω λογαριασμό σρη τράπεζα αυτή...
και όταν βλέπω πως πάει να έλθει η σειρά μου στο ταμείο... βλέπω πως ο επόμενος αριθμός είναι ένας άλλος... με κάποιο γράμμα της αλφαβήτου. Ένας κύριος που μόλις είχε μπει... εξυπηρετηθηκε αμέσως.... γιατί το μηχάνημα με τα χαρτακια του έδωσε προτεραιότητα!!!! διακριση ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση!!

Η 2η φανταστική πολιτική τους αφορά τις καταθέσεις. Εαν δεν είσαι πελάτης της Eurobank ΔΕΝ μπορείς να κάνεις κατάθεση ποσού κάτω από 1000 ευρώ σε λογαριασμό της Eurobank... έτσι ο μόνος τρόπος είναι να χρειάζεται να κάνεις τραπεζική μεταφορά από λογαριασμό άλλης τράπεζας και να επιβαρύνσεις τα τραπεζικά έξοδα!!

Η παραπάνω εμπειρία αφορά το τραπεζικό κατάστημα των Πετραλώνων.

Catastrophic customer service. Eurobank conducted a mailing where they promoted the use of the Card for the next thirty days and you get an incentive of €5. So far so good, but when you call their central CallCenter they have no clue, and suspect it’s fraud/spam. Ridiculous and unprofessional !!!

The exchange of emails to make an appointment at a branch, which originates on the website, is an absolute FICTION. You will not receive an answer in 24 hours, as promised. You will not be connected to someone who knows anything if you call the number provided. If you manage to get to the branch requested, you are as likely to meet with a neophyte who doesn't even know how to operate the computer system. If you are outside Greece...too bad for you! They will hold your money and refuse to connect with you. If it weren't so difficult to change banks in Greece, I would do it. As it is, I'm stuck until I can get out of the mess of Eurobank.

My mother has the misfortune of banking with Eurobank. Firstly they let me be involved in the signing of a loan/mortgage with our house as collateral when I was only a minor of 16-17 years of age with no clue what I was doing. This cannot have been legal. Now that I live in the UK they keep asking for documents to be signed and witness by a consul. The nearest consul is 3 hours away from me. They keep losing the documents I send asking for them again and again costing me money in both petrol and the consulate fees. Everyone who works there that I have dealt with is extremely rude and a liar. They say they haven't received the documents despite email proof that I sent them. They threaten their customers and have no customer service whatsoever. If you value your money do not bank with them,

Προσφέρει φαινομενικά καλύτερες υπηρεσίες από άλλες συστημικές τράπεζες με τις ίδιες, υψηλές χρεώσεις που κάνουν τα προϊόντα της μη αποδοτικά. Η εξυπηρέτηση διαφέρει από κατάστημα σε κατάστημα: Σε κάποια καταστήματα (172, 30) εξυπηρετούν εξαιρετικά και άλλα (232) να αρνούνται να εξυπηρετήσουν και να λένε ψέματα στον πελάτη για τα δικαιώματά του. Κακή εμπειρία τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης.

Δεν βρίσκω το λόγο ένας άνθρωπος που έχει επαφή με την τεχνολογία να χρησιμοποιεί μέτρια και ακριβά προϊόντα τη στιγμή που υπάρχουν τόσες επιλογές online.

The bank was more than happy to add my name to a joint investment with my dad without any checks or documents. So much for the anti-money laundering laws.
When we now want to change/withdraw the investment they are asking for more documentation than what is needed for citizenship. On top of that, they are extremely rude and unhelpful as they keep giving me a list of "requirements" while refusing to clarify my questions about the documentation and just keep providing me with more/new lists.

A bank that gives customers 0.03% for savings (multiple times lower than the interest rate of the Bank of Greece) needs to realize that it would be an empty office without customers' money. Soon after they will be looking for jobs and call it a tragedy if the bank closed off branches of all these unnecessary jobs that can be replaced with a computer program.

Very good service. Excellent behaviour to their clients.
