Eurobank Omdömen 

As I live abroad, I booked an appointment online, with the Vrilissia branch, asking to call me back. I received the automated email with the confirmation. They never called me !
The team of the Vrilissia branch at Pentelis avenue is the worst I have met. Arrogant and unfriendly.
The worst bank ever.

You may wait on the phone 15 minutes. And then lady on the phone will tell you - you should talk to other officer and I will connect you to them immediately- and then your talk is finished. They just don’t care about us.

Scammers, they charge 20% fee, that they dont inform about

Stay away for your own sake!! I’ve had more problems with this bank than I can count. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone to get help with a transaction but they couldn’t help me. They finally advised me to withdraw the money from an ATM as nothing else could be done.. like wtf 😂 I’ve finally chosen to close my account and never use this bank again after it cost me 75 euros(!!!!!) to withdraw the money from the ATM. Thanks for scamming your own customers 🤡

Samme opplevelsen i dag. Tok ut 200 euro og trykte decline conversion. Ble trukket 200kr. Mer enn samme uttak i Alpha bank.
Ren svindel i likhet med det Euronet har fått lov til å drive med i en årrekke.

Eurobank is a complete ripoff.
Do not use their ATMs.
They charge about 10% more in the exchamge rate than the market rate that major commercial banks even if you designate 'do not convert.'
They are as bad as the Euronet atms.
I use only real commercial banks but I made a mistake today thinking Eurobank was a real commercial bank.

AVOID IN ATHENS. 9.8% mark up to get euros. Charged £20.00. Total rip-off.

If I could give a smaller rating in the minuses... this bank deserves it.

I was charged a reasonable 1.8 euros for the transaction, 9% commission, daylight robbery. Don’t believe the drivel on the website!!

The only bank I ever met that has so many mandatory holidays and so short working hours. How am I supposed to pay my bills or get into bank office is it never match my working hours?! They don't even provide you with 24/7 phone line support. Disgusting experience, keep using this bank just because I am forced to live in Greece now.
Shame on you guys!

Ότι πιο άχρηστη σε τράπεζα τελικά. Ότι πιο τραγελαφικό έχω συναντήσει. Μακρυά Έχουμε λογαριασμό της πολυκατοικίας εκεί κ από 20 Δεκεμβρίου 2023 έχω στείλει σαν διαχειριστής όλα τα έγγραφα που χρειάζονται κ έχουν κολλήσει στο ότι η συνέλευση έγινε μέσω ηλεκτρονικά μέσα. Παρότι το κράτος από το Δεκέμβριο 2021 έχει αποφασίσει βάση νόμου ότι οι συνελεύσεις μπορούν να γίνουν ηλεκτρονικά, η δικηγόρος τους δεν το δέχεται. Κ όχι μόνο αυτό, αλλά ακόμα κ τα παράπονα που έχω κάνει, έχουν πάει στην ίδια δικηγόρο. Δλδ έβαλαν το λύκο να φυλάει τα πρόβατα. Κ το πιο αστείο, η ίδια γράφει στο email κ μιλάει στο 3ο πρόσωπο για τον εαυτό της στο email. ΔΕΝ ΈΧΩ ΛΌΓΙΑ. Σήμερα 7 Απριλίου 2024 κ ακομα δεν έχουν κάνει τίποτα. Κ έχουν σταματήσει την πρόσβασή μου στο λογαριασμό από μέσα Φεβρουαρίου. Αν κ από το τέλος Μαρτίου έστειλα το αποτέλεσμα συνέλευσης σε έντυπη μορφή, ακόμα μου απαντούν ότι δεν έχουν κάνει τίποτα.

Had an appointment with EuroBank at Aegaleo branch, 280 IERA ODOS , traveled from New York to open a savings account and I have been told that I will need certain documents nothing else. And come with all documents
Here at the branch they said that I can’t open the account I am not eligible because they think that I don’t have a strong purpose to have a account with them, that it’s difficult because of to much paperwork and in the end it is not their branch which opens accounts for non residents but another branch somewhere in the center of Athens.
That’s it bye bye . I was trying to explain that I had called the costumer service before I traveled and they insured me that I am ok and no problem with be arise.
No go we can’t deal with it it’s to much paperwork. That’s their answer! Rude and disrespectful and if I am not wrong they I think hate Americans or Greek Americans!
Very disappointing, lost time and money!

***Επαυσε ανεξήγητα να λειτουργεί καρτα visa και δύο 24ωρα δεν δίνανται να το επιλύσουν
***Να αρπάζουν απο Δουλιστάν_ Μουγκιστάν καθε μήνα περίπου ενα ευρω απ όλους τους λογαριασμούς πελάτη και μάλιστα και απο ανενεργούς και απο λογ.που ειχαν καποια λεπτά η καποια ευρω...ως να στερεψουν

Myself and a couple of other customers waiting at the cashiers in Patreos Str Branch in Patra this morning were treated as second-class customers, as they "try to give priority to business owners", according to the Branch Manager.
I'm really disappointed and appalled by their behaviour!

after 17 days Eurobank is unable to repair my credit card. i am abroad and my credit card is not working. i have spent hours on phone every day since december 10th and Eurobank is unable to do something for me. The only answer is we call you tomorrow.

"Τα ζώα μου αργά" είναι σ αυτή τη τράπεζα το e-banking, άσχετοι

Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω και που να τελειώσω! Αρχικά η τράπεζα σας δεν υποστηρίζει στιγμιαίες SEPA συναλλαγές όταν όλες οι άλλες οι τράπεζες δίνουν αυτήν την δυνατότητα!

Δεύτερον το προσωπικό σας στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση δεν ξέρει να απαντήσει σε αυτήν την ερώτηση!

Τρίτον ακόμα και όταν κατάφερε την έκτη φορά ένας υπάλληλός να μου εξηγήσει ότι μπορεί να γίνει εφόσον κάνεις διατραπεζική σύνδεση μέσο του ebanking με την Revolut αλλά ακόμα και μετά από αυτό δεν μπόρεσα να κάνω στιγμιαία αποστολή χρημάτων!

Τέταρτον, με χρεώσατε 12€ για ένα έμβασμα που έφτασε μετά από τέσσερις ώρες και εάν γίνει μετά τις πέντε το απόγευμα θα έφτανε την επόμενη μέρα! Η Πειραιώς χρεώνει 3,90€!

Πέμπτον, κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τους εκπρόσωπου σας η γραμμή έπεσε 4 φορές και το προσωπικό δεν ήξερε σε ποιον να με κατευθύνει!

Έκτον, όταν ζήτησα e-statement για την χρεωστική μου κάρτα που είναι συνδεδεμένη με τον όψεως με αναλυτικά τα στοιχεία μου, τις χρεώσεις αλλά και τον αριθμό της κάρτας μου είπατε πως δεν γίνεται σε αυτό e-statement να φαίνεται η κάρτα! Ζήτησα από την τράπεζα σας να μου δώσει μια αίτηση που να αναφέρει τα στοιχεία μου, πως η πελάτη σας τον αριθμό λογαριασμού και ότι η συγκεκριμένη κάρτα ανήκει σε εμένα και μου είπατε ότι είναι αδύνατον να μου παρέχεται κάτι ανάλογο όταν στο παρελθόν το έχετε κάνει!

Έβδομον, μου κλειδώσατε χωρίς λόγο την κάρτα ενώ είχα περάσει το τριπλό σύστημα ασφαλείας δίνοντας, το ΠΙΝ μου και κωδικό μέσο sms αλλά και άκουσον άκουσον και την δυνατότητα να εκτελέσω έμβασμα εξωτερικού!

Τέλος, δεν παρέχεται την δυνατότητα να δημιουργήσει κάποιος έναν απλό λογαριασμό όψεως ηλεκτρονικά, που μαντέψτε στην Πειραιώς γίνεται στην κυριολεξία σε λιγότερο από ένα λεπτό!

Avoid to take your money from Eurobank.
They did not mentioned that they will charge extra 9% for Foreign Exchange rate, but on the receipt they stated that we agreed with the 9% fee additional for Foreign Exchange rate. Misguided - What a scam. Stay away

Beware. If you open a new account and you want a debit card, they charge you right now 0,60 per month for the existence of the card. Their free alternative is a card you can only use to see your balance on an atm, not to any physical or online stores for actual purchases. I don't recommend them under any circumstances, all the other Greek banks don't offer that "subscription", not on the debit card at least!
