Bamboo toothbrush and water flosser reviewed
Gum, teeth, & earth friendly bamboo toothbrushes are the best I've used. Delivery times are excellent.
Only complaint is water flosser does not last long in hard water area and the ultraviolet feature stops working soon after purchase. The water flosser does a good job while it lasts, the concept is good but the structure needs work.

When I was placing the order a "free…
When I was placing the order a "free gift" appeared in my basket. When I paid for the item I was actually charged for this "free gift". I emailed and queried this and asked for it to be removed and for my money to be returned but my email was ignored. This is very poor customer service. I did not want the "free gift" and certainly did not want to pay for it.
Received a very good reply from Spotlight Oral Care and they were very kind to refund me for the incorrectly charged item.
Issue sorted now very satisfactorily.

I got an email that there was free…
I got an email that there was free delivery and the toothbrush replacement heads were €20. I checked out and they were at the higher price. I contacted customer care to see why and have yet to receive a reply
