Keine Kaufenpfehlung!
Wir haben zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt. EInes sofort zurückgeschickt, das es nicht passte. Für dieses Paar haben wir unser Geld zuügig zurückbekommen.
Leider bekam das behaltene Paar nach knapp 4 Monaten ein Loch im Leder. Diess habe ich dann per Mail beim Kundendienst gemeldet. Nach kurzem hin und her, wurde mir eine Ersattung von 50% des Kaufpreises Angeboten, diese nahm ich an. Da ich nach einem Monat noch keine Rückerstattung bekommen habe, fragte ich nach. Dann hat eine neue Mitarbeiterin den Fall übernommen brauchte nochmal den Sachverhaöt und Beweißfotos von mir und hat mir dann eine Ersattung in Höhe von 20% Angeboten??? Auch auf den Verweiß, das mir die Kollegin schon 50% zugesagt hatte, blieb sie sturr. Das ganze hat sich über Monate und endliche Mails hingezogen. Ich werde dort nichts mehr kaufen und rate allen ab, dort einzukaufen.

Impossible d'échanger un bon fidélité malgré avoir rempli toutes les conditions, service client déplorable qui n'a pas de réponse malgré être devant le fait accompli.
On dirait qu'on les déranges en effectuant des achats.
Heureusement, c'est loin d'être le seul site de vente de vêtements de skate.
Go à la concurrence.

Non-existent customer service, been trying to get a response for 3 weeks.

My t-shirts are way too big (there's no sizing information on their website). A return should be straight forward, right?

Oh, no. My order number isn't in my account or recognised when I try to arrange the return.

I've tried multiple contact methods, no-one replies. Infuriating.

Do yourself a favour and don't bother ordering direct with Element, it's not worth the the hassle.

CANNOT RECOMMEND ELEMENT FOR ANYTHING.

1, their address system won’t recognise my address and print my house number so it’s pot luck if courier knows where I am. They’ve made zero effort to remedy this.

2, I received a beige hoody which had permanent marks writing in some code on the outside of the hood… black marker on beige..

I applied for customer support as soon as I got the parcel (eventually after much chasing) and was told,d it would be two weeks, that’s a month ago now and I’ve messaged again since, all I get now is an automated letter asking me not to make multiple requests for help.
No actual help, just. Hoping I’d go away.

The moral?
Don’t buy from Element, they do not care about the customer from start to end.

Horrendous “company”. A real embarrassment to themselves.

I used to regularly buy T-shirts from element and they were a good fit and quality. Recently, however, I made an order and found that the quality has decreased massively. The weight of the material has been decreased and poorer stitching methods are being used. The fit is probably okay if you're are medium, but any other sizes look odd.

Commande passé le 01/06/2025 avec une carte cadeau, je reçois un article en XL au lieu de M.
Je veux donc retourner l'article en question mais si je le fais je perd le montant de ma carte cadeau.
Voila 3 semaines que j’attends un retour du SAV à ce sujet et j'arrive bientôt à la fin du délai pour retourner ma commande.

Element Brand's US website has been 'under maintenance' for over a year, and the UK, France, and other country sites do not ship abroad. I emailed the company from their 'under maintenance' announcement and asked when it would finally be up and running. That's been a week ago now. NO response. I have been on the LinkedIn too and message and left comments, nothing. Does not bode well when they don't make it easy for customers to purchase items.

Ich hätte nie für möglich gehalten, dass diese Marke mal so extrem abdriftet. Es existiert kein Support, die Mail ist nur ein heftiger fake. Stornierung angefragt, die Klamotten sind dennoch gekommen. Retoure angefordert, natürlich wird nichts nach Wochen bearbeitet. Die Qualität ist jedoch sehr gut. (Bio)

Si les vêtements sont sympas et d'une qualité globalement bonne, j'ai par contre eu le malheur de me frotter au service client suite à un retour produit.
Parmis mes articles commandés, il y avait un pantalon taille 32. J'ai reçu à la place un pantalon taille 33 avec les étiquettes présentes (dont une correspondant à une taille 32) mais déjà détachées.
Je fais une demande de retour, tout se passe bien, mais mon pantalon n'est jamais remboursé.
Je contacte le service client, il me répond qu'il n'y aura pas de remboursement car le pantalon a été porté. J'explique que je l'ai essayé mais que je n'ai pas enlevé moi même les étiquettes et que de toute façon je n'ai pas reçu la taille demandée.
Mais j'obtiens un refus confirmé de remboursement, avec comme justification que j'aurais dû les contacter d'abord avant de faire la procédure de retour.
Le marchand fait deux erreurs, et je n'ai pas d'autre choix que de payer ces erreurs.
Et si je veux récupérer le pantalon, on m'annonce 25 euros de frais de port.

J'appelle cela du vol.

Premiere comande chez Element europe c'est bien passé, la commande passé samedi 08/03/2025 colis arrivé le 15/03/2025, au début inquiète par rapport au avis que j'ai lu ici, mais 2 jours après la commande passé j'ai eu un mail de changement de statut de la commande comme quoi le colis etait envoyé et est traité par les services de livraison donc après cela j'étais moins inquiet.
Veste imperméable prix 68€ avec -20% pour le mois de mon anniversaire, qualité du produit super je trouve, la taille et couleur correspond parfaitement à la description.
je mets un 4 étoile car la livraison malgré être gratuite aurait pu être plus rapide, si je compare au service Nike ou amazon.

After less than a year, the sneakers are damaged inside, due to poor quality. The company doesn't follow standard processes for such cases as dictated by law (try to repair first, if not possible then replace the product or refund) - as confirmed European Consumer Center investigating my case. Unfortunately, for crossborder transactions, the only option is to go to court. Naturally, for 50 euros it does not make sense and the seller knows it.
Don't buy here if you expect customer care, quality or just respecting the laws.

Unable to dispatch and process orders. No support just an AI chat that prevents you from getting info or make a complaint. Their online shop is a absolute mess.

I placed an order on the 16th of January. The order has never arrived and now I’m being ignored! I guess I’ll have to try claim the money back. Very disappointed with the lack of delivery and communication.

Un colis retourné via Colissimo le 31/12 et réceptionné chez Élément le 02/1/25 et toujours aucun retour de leur part malgré plusieurs relances.

Je m’inquiète franchement de la prise en compte de ma demande.
Je ne comprends pas où se trouve le problème pour rembourser un colis retourné le 2/01/2025.
Dois-je faire appel à une association de consommateurs pour être remboursée?
En lisant les avis sur Trust Pilot, je ne suis pas rassurée. J’aurais probablement dû les lire avant de commander.
Pourtant les vêtements sont de qualité et bien coupés.

Ordered a wallet at a present at the start of December. A couple of days later the item was marked as shipped on the Element website. I waited and waited... no delivery. Element website said shipped and courier website said the order has gone back to the warehouse. I contacted Element and was told the wallet was on its way. It didn't arrive. I contacted Element again and was told I would have no wallet, I would receive a refund up to 10 days after the wallet is received at warehouse.
They emailed me a 20% voucher so I thought I would reorder the wallet. I did just that. Then I saw on my online banking that I had received a payment from Element. I looked at the online tracking and the order had been cancelled! I had received no notifications from Element via email. I contacted Element and was told the item was out of stock.
A completely useless company. Will never use again.

T-shirts de très mauvaise qualité (tellement fin qu'on voit à travers comme la plupart des marques actuelles malheureusement).

Des centaines de petits trous localisés au niveau de la ceinture après quelques jours d’utilisation (semblant provenir du frottement du plan de travail de la cuisine).

They did send me completely broken trousers. And offer now 20percent to give back to me. Ridiculous- awful quality bad service. Never again!!

Drexsladen, Mehrfamilienhaus, offene Papiertüte auf meinem Schuhschrank vorgefunden. 2 von 3 Sachen fehlen. PayPal Fall eröffnet. Wurde zugunsten des Verkäufers entschieden.
