Very poor service
They promise a 15% discount t code for signing up to MyElement, but once you do all mention of it vanishes. They also missed out the free grip tape my deck should have come with and have ignored the support query for 4 days now. Rubbish service.

Shocked by the poor quality of the vests. £22 for the brand name only - quality absolutely sh*te. Colour faded and stitching undone after ONE wash. I bought the cardinal red one and couldn't be more disappointed.

Refusal to replace faulty item
Bought an item of clothing which was faulty on receipt. Element refused to replace and blamed me for misuse.

Being a UK customer having to wait for…
Being a UK customer having to wait for things like trainers and clothes taking a week to arrive is a bit frustrating. Standard of next day delivery being set by amazon isn't helping I guess. And they're not as comfortable as a brand like DC. But still nice style and design

Not been reimbursed yet for two cancelled items. Promised voucher would be reinstated and points added to my account yesterday. Again hope they stick to their words.

Great items in the sale. The order was split and one item was outstanding, but a quick mail sorted everything and I had all the items within a day.

Very slow
Very slow. Lack of tracking and slow customer service. Agent was very nice and polite when they got in touch but took a long time. Impossible to get through on the phone. Could be so much better. I did like my products in the end.

Quality
I used to buy Element for my boys when they were growing up and the clothes were lovely, simple designs and great quality. Now my boys are grown up I still buy Element for the same reasons and they love the brand.

Piss poor customer service
Order was incomplete and the item that was received had a slight quality issue.
Despite filling in 2 web forms (which was the only method of contact that I could find) I have received no contact from the customer "service" team apart from automated emails.

No sign of package, tracking takes me to a French site. Bought the item on 31.12.25 on the UK site for delivery in the UK. Still no sign on 6.1.26
