AVOID. Having taken comfort from the vendor's apparently genuine Microsoft Partner status, I ordered a 1 year Microsoft 365 Family subscription. What I received was a shareable link token inviting me to 'join' someone else's family subscription! This might well confer access to the Microsoft 365 apps and cloud storage, but only for one person, and always subject to being removed from the owner's 'family'. A genuine subscription provides access and cloud storage for the subscription owner plus up to 5 other members of his or her family. I complained and asked for a refund, at which point they stopped responding.

I ordered an MS 365 Family licence. The Product keys was delivered but wouldn't work as I already had a live MS account. Product keys can be stacked in MS 365 so obviously something wrong with the ones sent to me. After a number of days and various e-mails later where they said they would "fix" the problem - they sent another key which also did not work. It seems that the keys provided were for non UK registration. He then offered a UK key for an additional £25, which I stupidly paid. New key arrived, but again did not work. I eventually asked for my money back under their guarantee. No surprise that nothing received and they are ignoring all e-mails.
I have now made a claim on my credit card company.
Would advise anyone to steer clear of these chancers.

License key not instant delivery. However did arrive after email but was region locked to Hong Kong. Seller provided Nord vpn creds to activate. Asked for refund as not advertised as region locked or needing a vpn

I purchased what was advertised as a Microsoft 365 Family – 1 year subscription for £65 from Etro Software (etrosoftware.com).

Despite claims of instant delivery, nothing was received for almost 12 hours. When access was finally provided, it was not a genuine personal subscription. Instead, I was given access to what appears to be a shared Microsoft Family account, requiring use of an unsolicited VPN with traffic routed through Hong Kong. This is not what was advertised or agreed to.

I immediately requested a refund under the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. After a brief reply (“O.K. I’ll contact the team”), the company stopped responding and no refund was issued. They have ignored all further emails.

The product was not as described, the refund guarantee was not honoured, and communication ceased entirely. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website. THIS IS A SCAM.

As order was paid by credit card and over £100 I now need to invoke a Section 75 claim through my credit card company. They are not keeping my money.!

This is a scam. They are selling other spots in other family groups.

A warning to all that come across this "company"! I'm ashamed to say I used this company today, I thought I'd save some money but no, I wasted money instead. I ordered Microsoft family 365, I didn't get a product key, just a link to join another "family". I've obviously never heard of the other 5 members in my new family! I can't add my additional family members because the "owner " is 'Youssef Harbaj' not me! So I have 1TB of storage, not 6TB, so the same as the individual membership which they also sell which would have been cheaper 🤣 But I have now adopted a new family at least! They actually had the cheek to email me to ask how my subscription was, when I gave the details above they sent me a product key. When entering that, Microsoft said someone had already used it. And that was the last contact from this company. Is there really big money to be made from doing this kind of disgusting stuff? Surely not?? I've reported to Microsoft and my bank, but more than likely nothing will come of it. AVOID
