Ordered an awning on April 1
Ordered an awning on April 1. Trailer cart said it would be delivered April 6. No delivery on April 6 and no tracking available. Called and spoke with customer service they said it would be delivered this week. Driver calls saying he can't find me... he is trying to find me in the wrong state!!! Called customer service again and was told by Lauren another one would be sent and she would email the pro number. No email no pro number. Called again and talked to Melissa told it would be sent right away. I specifically ask them not to use TForce for the freight. No problem says Lauren but they sent it TForce anyways. TForce attempts delivery on May 14 of the wrong item. Instead of a 17' roll and fabric they have a 50' roll of fabric with unfinished edges and no labels or identifying information on the box. I refused the delivery since it was not the product I ordered. Call Etrailer again. Kimmy tells me she will make sure it's right this time and will ship on a different carrier. Terrible customer service and no concern for their customers. There is no excuse for the wrong product being shipped twice!

I ordered a front hitch mount for my truck. The hitch arrived floppy around in an oversized box. The box had several holes in it and the hitch was hanging out of it. Lots of paint damage down to bare metal as well as scuffs. etrailer offered me $15 to go but touch up paint for it and paint it myself. $15 probably wouldn’t even pay for the paint at today’s prices let alone cover my time and effort. They blamed the issue on their supplier and UPS. It was etrailer that did the poor packaging job. Take responsibility for it!
