Ordering tickets for Texas RenFest 2025
The young lady answering the phone for the Texas renaissance festival, was a little short with me at times and had to excuse herself to check on my question two or three times on different questions not very knowledgeable of what she was doing… The download that was sent to me was very easy and everything went smoothly…

I entered 2 different cards and your…
I entered 2 different cards and your website kept saying I was entering the card information wrong. I double and triple checked that all the information was correct and because of this error message, I missed out on getting Tickets. This error message popped up 6 times total, for 2 different cards. I had the cards right in front of me and made sure I verified the information was correct each time. I won’t be using this site again after this negative experience.

Didn't receive confirmation email
I purchased tickets on a Friday. I didn't receive a confirmation email but my debit card was charged. I spent time trying to email the site I purchased the tickets from. Neither email on that site worked. I found a site with another email. No response. I called the number on the second site. They gave me the web address for Etix. I finally got my confirmation on Wednesday of the following week. It took a lot of effort.

All purchase emails are sent from confirmation@etix.com, though we have found that sometimes these emails get auto-filtered by email providers.
