Ordered the high therapy kit it arrived after 3 weeks! Ordered the serum… still a month later nothing.. said I want to cancel they said they would charge me £15.99.. even tho they have taken the £25.00!! Do not order from this company they will take your money and tell you it’s your fault!!! Disgusting!

DON'T BUY
Update: I was really unhappy with the customer service but months later, someone reached out to me to apologize and noted that the customer rep I spoke to is no longer with the company. They offered me some serums for the inconvenience and they've been great actually! I really like the serums and the wand as well.
Initial experience: DON'T BUY. Their policy says ships within 48 hrs and arrives within 21 days. It took over a month for them to even ship it, I still haven't received it and they've told me there is nothing they can do.

Stopped working soon after purchase
I was happy it’s the purchase, but product suddenly stopped working soon after purchase. Wrote to customer service, no reply.
Update- customer service wrote (maybe after seeing this review)- let me know that they can’t replace the product because it’s after 30 days. I wrote to them 34 days after receiving the product. Don’t buy this, this is a lot of money for a crap product that dies after four weeks
