I ordered a device over a month ago, I’ve emailed again and nothing! I’m hoping my bank will help with recovering the money 😡

The 5 star reviews are clearly fake. Like most people I can’t get hold of their customer services after waiting weeks for delivery. Total scam.

Scam!!!
Not worth dealing with this company. Item purchased over a month ago and still no delivery. Customer service is abysmal do not answer emails or messages. Promote world wide shipping but obviously untrue. Total scam company

Do not trust this company
I did receive my items, however it took over a month. They are generic, not brand name, just “face sculpting device” the plastic feels cheap. Also I ordered a micro current face massager, the box was opened and there was a pet hair (not from my home) in the box. I have reached out to the company via email and Instagram (where they originally helped me edit my order) and have received no response. This company claims to be Canadian, but everything is shipped from China.

Not sure if this is a legitimate company. The product did eventually arrive but have experienced no changes from using the product after two weeks.

I haven’t received this yet even though when I tracked the item (as haven’t heard anything and not getting any response to emails) the status was delivered!
I’m giving them until Wednesday and then going to my bank to report

Glowastica is an amazing product if anyone wants to have a firm skin and look great. I am so happy that I bought this face sculpting tool couple months ago. I am seeing the result already. My face looks toned and skin is glowing. I highly recommend this tool.
