Clear and understandable.
We were kept in the loop continuously, explained in clear English about each element, answered questions clearly and understandably.
It was an expensive process, with lots of different elements each costing what felt like overly expensive. But, in the end, will be worth it for the peace of mind it offers.

Excellent handling of our financial affairs
Paul Dodsworth came to the house on three occasions. He provided detailed answers to all our questions, and ESP have been prompt and accurate in their correspondence by email and Royal Mail.

Generally pleased with the whole…
Generally pleased with the whole process. The only area I got confused with for some reason was when the instruction arrived and signature documents I didnt pick up that I was supposed to review them with the agent on zoom. I had the zoom appointment but thought that was to review the process at the end. As result I went ahead getting the documents signed and witness myself. I dont suppose it matters too much and was able to resolve a couple of queries over the phone with the agent. Other than that the process, which was quite daunting in the beginning, was clearly explained.
