Estevien Clinic Omdömen 

I underwent liposuction in 4 areas, an abdominoplasty, and a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).
The whole experience was a powerful one for me, in the sense that it had a strong emotional impact on me because, I must admit, I didn’t inform myself enough about what the recovery and post-operative period would involve. I was more focused on the result I would achieve and ignored all other aspects related to everything this surgery entails.
Strengths related to the surgery, hospitalization, and post-operative check-ups:

1.The exemplary cleanliness of both the hospital and the Estevien clinic, as well as the outstanding professionalism of the entire medical staff.

2.Dr. Mohamed’s empathy, shown during each of the five post-operative check-ups, and the care with which he addressed every complication that arose during my recovery. After the surgery, I required a blood transfusion due to significant blood loss, and later on, a hematoma developed. Dr. Mohamed, together with the medical team at the Estevien clinic, handled both situations with professionalism. Moreover, based on Dr. Mohamed’s recommendation during the final post-operative check-up, I was admitted for one day in order to receive the necessary transfusion and to have the hematoma completely treated.
Weak points worth mentioning:

1.The medical staff does not have a strong command of the English language, which makes communication quite difficult when the translator is not present.

2.The communication of pre-operative preparation information is also a downside. Specifically, the clinic representative did not provide me with all the necessary health-related instructions before the surgery (for example, I only found out one day before the procedure that I should have quit smoking at least two weeks prior to the operation).

3.Additionally, the information regarding my behavior in the immediate period following the surgery was only provided to me verbally, on the day of the operation (such as the need to wear compression socks, the fact that I would have to walk slightly bent forward for the next 14 days post-op, and that I would have drainage tubes for three days after the surgery). Personally, I believe it would have been much more helpful to receive all this information before coming in for the procedure. However, I can’t place the blame entirely on them, as I also didn’t ask enough questions to get a full picture of what I was about to experience.

4.One issue I truly cannot overlook is the fact that I had to insist quite a lot in order to receive the official medical report and the results of the tests that were performed. Either the documents were incomplete, or they were only handed over after repeated follow-ups. Not to mention that all these documents were issued in Turkish, and when I asked for a copy in English, I was told it was illegal to provide one.

5 months ago I had a full tummy tuck, 360 Lipo and some breast revision by Dr. Okan.
The overall experience was great, The results are fantastic and the follow up care was more than I expected. The hospital was clean, the nurses were so kind and assisting even though it was challenging to communicate in English.
Dr. Okan took his time to examine my body before surgery and I felt comfortable with his recommendations and approach to achieving my desired results. I’m extremely happy with my body and I’m going back shortly for another procedure. It was excellent to have two full days in the hospital after a large surgery to have the assistance day and night of nurses and the hospital room is equipped with a bed for your partner or caregiver.
I would recommend Dr Okan To my friends and family :)

A fuir, dès votre arrivée à la clinique, on vous pousse à souscrire des services payants supplémentaires. Le docteur OKAN est incompétent, la clinique sale loin des photos du site. Le jour de mon opération, il n'y avait pas d'interprète, une honte ! Opération loupée, j'ai du consulté et me faire réopérer en France. Aucune nouvelle du docteur OKAN et de la direction de la clinique.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Morkoc and his team for my chin implant surgery in Turkey. From the initial consultation to the post care, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Je recommande la clinique j’ai subit une brachioplastie. La propreté au top. Il y a rien à dire que ce soit la clinique l’hôpital ou l’hôtel tout est nickel. L’accompagnement avec les équipes et toujours fluides. Les chauffeurs toujours à l’heure. Inas au top et Madina également ce sont des personnes vraiment empathiques et rassurantes. Je recommande. Et le docteur Mohamad très professionnel.

Ik heb borstlifting en lyposuctie laten doen.
Ze hebben mij van begin tot eind heel goed geholpen. Artsen waren heel goed. Ik heb goede zorg gehad van begin tot eind. Ik zou iedereen aanraden na mijn ervaring om bij deze kliniek zijn behandelingen te doen.
De resultaat is geweldig. Ik ben er zeer tevreden over. Beter zou ik niet kunnen wensen.

Une Prise en charge complète et de grande qualité du début à la fin. L’équipe est très sympathique, et un merci tout particulier à Dr Mohamed, qui assure un suivi attentif après l’opération. Il nous permet de nous sentir en sécurité.

También quería agradecer al Dr.mohammed shami y todo el equipo médico q estaba a nuestra disposición siempre que lo necesitábamos. Todo estaba muy bien organizado desde que llegamos a turkia hasta que nos fuimos, tenían traductores y choferes también. Cuando nos fuimos los doctores seguían a nuestra disposición online, nos ayudaban y resolvían nuestras dudas. Los resultados de mi operación fueron excelentes. **I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING ESTEVIEN CLINC! My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I got scammed out of a large amount of money. I initially went to the clinic for male breast removal and abdominal liposuction, with the agreed price of 5000 US Dollars. They then convinced me to get the 360 Abdominal liposuction that added $1350 to the cost. So in total, I spent $6,350. However, they only performed the abdominal liposuction and claimed they couldn't do the gynecomastia surgery due to low blood pressure during the procedure. When I asked for a refund, they repeatedly would tell they would refund me on the next visit, but I would not recieve it. On my final appointment, they offered me a refund of only $900 for the gynecomastia surgery they didn't perform. They never provided me an itemized bill and would never fully communicate with me about pricing, so they were able to make their own pricing and give me whatever they felt like. I asked them if they could just preform the gynocomestia at another time in the future instead, and they told me that they would charge me more since it would be in another visit. How is it that to upgrade the liposuction package costs $1350, but preforming a gynocomestia only costs $900? Ridiculous. Even after I made payment before my surgeries, they never game me an itemized billed of the total costs for me to see how much things actually were. I should’ve asked for an itemized bill of all the costs, but I didn’t think much of it since I trusted the clinic and the doctor and was desperate to get my surgery done. I feel as if they brought me to Turkey to mislead me in getting these surgeries done, but then not follow through and then not refund me the rightful amount. I left time out of my work, my family, and my life to get my surgery done, and instead left feeling disappointed, betrayed, and scammed from the clinic. I never want this feeling for anyone, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere so you don’t get cheated!

I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Okan. and I must say the doctor was amazing. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results so far have been promising. The hospital was also clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the translation service and the driver, both of whom were incredibly kind and helpful. Additionally, the clinic continued to reach out to ensure my recovery was going well, which I truly appreciated.

However, my post-surgery experience was disappointing due to the lack of proper care from the nursing staff. It appeared that there were only two nurses responsible for the entire floor, which led to significant delays in receiving assistance. Despite calling for painkillers multiple times, no one came for a long while, leaving me in considerable discomfort.

One of the most distressing experiences occurred when I needed help using the bathroom. It took approximately 45 minutes for someone to arrive. They placed a plastic seat under me, but once it was full, no one came to remove it despite my repeated requests. Unfortunately, the contents began leaking onto the bed where I had been lying—just 2-3 hours after my surgery. It was only after another 1.5 hours that someone came to remove it. I requested clean sheets, and although the nurse promised someone would come within five minutes, I waited another two hours without any assistance. Despite informing the nurse again when they arrived to give me my medication, no one ever came to change the sheets, leaving me lying in my own urine for approximately eight hours.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding my post-operative appointment. I was expecting to see the doctor during my bandage removal; however, the nurse informed me that he was occupied with a five-hour surgery. After waiting for 2-3 hours, I discovered that the doctor had actually left just 30 minutes after my appointment time. This was especially frustrating as I had many questions I wanted to discuss directly with him. Although the clinic later apologized and arranged an online meeting, it did not feel as personal or thorough as an in-person consultation would have been.

Another point of concern was the post-operative swelling. I was assured that the use of new technology would result in minimal swelling, but by the second day, my swelling was so severe that I could not even open my eyes.

Despite the positive aspects—such as the successful surgery, the clean facility, and the attentive follow-up care—I cannot overlook the inadequate nursing support and the lack of direct access to the doctor when I needed it most. Unfortunately, my negative experience has led two of my friends and four family members, who were considering surgery here, to seek care elsewhere.

I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves their post-operative care to match the high standards set by their surgical team.
