They tell you a price and you end up paying more! The interpreter was not fully capable of his work.
The hotel was an extreme s##t, smells disgusting and leaks! The only good thing about it was some of the workers there were lovely and helped us a lot with food as I couldn't eat anything but soups. The clinic didn't think of this when we talked to them all they wanted was money if it wasn't for that worker I would've starved there.
However, there were some nice workers like drivers or a different interpreter that we met but overall there was a lot of missing information that we needed to know before flying all the way there.
Doctors were all professional Thank God and the hospital was all clean but no one speaks English so prepare yourself for this and be ready to use your Googletranslation

I had a procedure in 2020.

Parts of my recipient area never grew in and the clinic completely over harvested my donor.

I had to finally save and get a repair job done in London. The GMC registered doctor in London was disgusted with how my donor was left.

Estevien completely depleted all my grafts and now I’ve nothing left for a touch up should I need it in the future.

The biggest bunch of cowboys. Wish I’d never went there.

Hindsight, it’s a wonderful thing. Don’t make my mistake.

Excellent communication from start to finish, the pick-up and transportation through the process were excellent. The surgeon was very caring and patient, the results have been fantastic as well ! I really can't fault anything 👌

The nursing staff were very kind. I also thought it was great that the head doctor introduced himself. I had the operation almost 3 years ago and I'm still happy with it.

The procedure went really well and within 8 months I had started getting results. The translator was really friendly and stayed with me during the entire procedure. The team also kept in contact during the 10 month recovery period time and checked every progress. I am really glad that I had done hair transplant in Estevien clinic. Highly recommended..

Went for 360 Lipo with JPlasma for etched abs, BBL amd Bichectomy.

Prior to arrival they shared some before and after photographs of real patients. I liked one particular photo and asked what procedures were done to achieve that result. Ibrahim advised it was 360 Lipo with JPlasma and $1000 USD extra for JPlasma. I paid $6,695 USD in total.

No abs were etched. Clinic refused to share my photographs after surgery, with lots of excuses. Took $1,000 USD for etching but did not provide service.

Dr Okan spent less than 2 mins before surgery, made me strip in a room full of around 15 people (unrelated to my surgery). Saw him once after for a few seconds. Thats it. He did not discuss my desired results with me although the consultants knew exactly what I wanted.

Most nurses and translator ladies were super rude, refused translators, loud, inconsiderate and rolled their eyes at every chance they got. One of the ladies from Dr Okan's team shamed me for being too arrogant when I refused to remove my clothing in front of a team of around 10 men (not part of my surgery team) who accompanied Dr Mohamed post surgery.

4 weeks after my return, when I pointed out that my abdomen didnt show any signs of the etching, they asked me to wait for the swelling to reduce. I waited. I asked again when the swelling reduced, they blocked me on Whatsapp and didnt respond to my emails. I had paid $1,000 USD for the etching with JPlasma as advised by Ibrahim.

Post surgery care team Ayman convinced that abs were etched although the MS Word typed reports didnt mention so. Photographs of abdomen from birds eye view were never shared. They even had the audacity to advise me to go back to them for Velashape sessions. Flight tickets both ways are $2000+ as well has loss of income for time off of work. I refused. I dont feel its a good idea to go back to the clinic that already scammed me of $1000 USD.

Some nurses were really nice and helpful but they were from the clinic, not the hospital where I was 2 days post surgery. Received 2 drainage massages from the lovely nurses who ensured my bandage was good for the 10 hour flight back home. Gave me BBL pillow and all medicines. Translator Kais was wonderful with post surgery instructions. Another translator who helped me during my release was wonderful as well, she packed my bag, gave me pads for the hotel bed, slippers for my swollen feet and was overall very warm personality.

Dr Okan needs to hear his patients concerns and discuss desired results. Team needs to stop using language barrier as an excuse for not taking accountability of their mistakes.

Please read with caution. On arrival to the clinic, I was asked for my passport so they can photocopy it. My operation started without them returning my passport when I was under anaesthetic, they said to me there will be an extra cost of £600. Even though I felt a bit drowsy, I still understood what was going on and I refuse to pay. They said ok, Once the operation had finished, the taxi driver took me back to my hotel. He had my passport and wouldn’t give it me back until I paid £600 extra. Basically, I was bullied into paying the extra money and threatened I wouldn’t have my passport back. The hair transplant that I had done was not to my satisfaction. So I am returning into a different clinic in February. Don’t go for the cheaper option go to a recognised clinic that has great reviews unlike this one. Wish I never tried to get a cheap hair transplant with Estivien. They just want your money. After-care I only received two text messages as well, which says a lot about this company!

Opération qui s'est très bien passé
Je n'ai ressenti presque aucune douleur, chirurgien super rassurant et une équipe en or, les infirmières toujours là quand on a besoin d'elles et les traducteurs super gentil.
C'était une merveilleuse expérience je me sens très bien de cette opération alors que je me suis faite opérer il y a deux jours.

J’ai eu un équipe d’infirmières formidables, à l’écoute et réactives.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié la bienveillance ainsi que la douceur de Shaïma qui m’a épaulé pendant les derniers jours de ce processus.
Les taxis étaient spacieux et confortables.
La chambre d’hospitalisation était conforme aux photos donnés.

J'ai récemment effectué une réduction mammaire pour des raisons médicales à la clinique , et bien que les résultats soient déjà visibles, il est encore un peu tôt pour juger pleinement de l'évolution finale. Le processus s'est bien déroulé dans l'ensemble. L'entretien avec le chirurgien était un peu court, mais on peut compter sur l'assistante qui nous accompagne avant et après l'opération ce qui est rassurant.
Toutefois, j'ai eu quelques réserves concernant le personnel infirmier. J'ai trouvé qu'elles manquaient d'empathie, et je me demande si la barrière linguistique (elles ne parlent que turc) a pu contribuer à cette impression. Je pense que cette situation pourrait être améliorée, notamment pour faciliter la communication et rendre l'expérience plus agréable.
En dehors de cela, je tiens à remercier les traducteurs (Yacin, Ghaith, et les autres dont j'ai oublié le nom) qui étaient formidables, sans oublié Aymane avec qui je communique depuis l'intervention et qui est très disponible.
Globalement, je suis satisfaite de mon expérience et je souhaite beaucoup de succès à la Clinique et ses équipes.

Very good expérience, all the staff is amazing 😀.

I am grateful for the hair transplant I got, and I’m seeing the full results a little more than a year after. However, the staff/nurse could’ve been a little more friendly, and the hospital cleanliness was a little doubtful. The translators were there to walk me thru the process, step by step, every day but some of them didn’t speak a good English. The prices of the clinic are fair and the after all service is good.

They have the best doctors and their results are amazing, i really recommend everyone to go there.

I am really happy with the results after liposuction and breast lift, my dream come true. Higly recommended

J'étais à la recherche d'une clinique pour faire une liposuccion 360 du ventre. Après avoir fait de nombreuses recherches je suis tombée sur cette clinique. Mon interlocutrice sur WhatsApp a été très réactive et super gentille.
Je suis à J+10 de l'opération. Pour le moment tout c'est bien passé. Le chirurgien et son équipe sont très gentil et à l'écoute. Ce qui m'a le plus interpelé c'est l'organisation qui a été très bonne je n'ai rien eu à gérer, c'est un point positif car l'opération est fatiguante. Merci à l'équipe 🌼
