I had a very positive experience with Este Medical Hair Transplant in Istanbul. From the beginning, the clinic was extremely hygienic and professional, and the team stayed in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Everyone we spoke to was very polite, kind, helpful and understanding.

The doctor was extremely kind, polite and attentive throughout the procedure, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. I would also like to give special thanks to Efe Bey and Sarah Hanım for their excellent support, kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process.

I would also like to thank Serkan Bey, who was responsible for the transfers. He was always punctual, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Ibrahim Bey as well — his extremely kind, friendly and welcoming approach really made an impression on us and made the whole experience even more comfortable.

The transfer service was perfectly organised and arrived exactly on time. The doctors and the whole team involved in the procedure were highly experienced, professional and reassuring.

We were also very happy with the price, which was very reasonable considering the quality of service provided. What impressed us most was that there was no pressure to rush the procedure or treat as many patients as possible, as you sometimes see with other clinics. There was also no unnecessary focus on a minimum or maximum number of grafts — they simply recommended and performed the amount that was genuinely needed.

The hair transplant procedure itself was carried out very professionally, with great care and attention to detail. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend Este Medical Hair Transplant Istanbul to anyone considering a hair transplant.

After much consideration, research and word of mouth, I finally started my MCT & Exosome treatments. I am 5 months in, and I can now say with full confidence that I have had a brilliant experience so far. I’m extremely pleased with the results & quality of care so far. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you can feel the warmth and willingness from the lovely receptionists. Down to the therapists, who make it their priority to make you feel comfortable, heard and taken care of.

Aftercare sessions have been nice and Pleasant and today I got some great feedback from my consultant Arzu and additional advice on certain products to help with my scalp.

Forough is always smiley and friendly which makes the appointment easy going.
I asked her about certain facials and she was able to give me more understanding of how they work and which one would be effective for me personally.

I had a fantastic experience at Este Medical London from start to finish. I received such a warm welcome from the whole team, and everyone made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my treatment.

A special thank you to Alina, who provided me with all the information, reassurance and support I needed, especially when I was feeling worried about my treatment. She was incredibly professional, patient and caring, which really helped put my mind at ease.

I also had my hair washes and aftercare with Forough, who was absolutely amazing. She continued to give me such a warm welcome and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my aftercare.

Very personable staff

As a medical professional with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as many years of experience in teaching science, I decided to further develop my knowledge and practical skills in injectables, aesthetics, and skin treatments. This led me to train at ESTE Medical, where I had the pleasure of meeting my trainer, Samara.
I can genuinely say that Samara is one of the most talented, knowledgeable, and highly skilled trainers I have come across. Coming from a teaching background myself, I naturally pay attention to how someone explains, demonstrates, and supports their students, and I was truly impressed by her teaching style.
What stood out to me was her ability to make things simple and easy to understand while still going into the depth needed to build real knowledge and confidence. She was incredibly patient, kind, humble, and approachable throughout the training. She didn't just teach what was required to complete the course — she went above and beyond, sharing her knowledge and experience and making sure every student understood what they were doing and why.
I was particularly impressed by the way she supported students from different backgrounds, including those without a medical background, and made sure everyone had plenty of practical, hands-on experience and left feeling much more confident.
For me personally, Samara made the whole learning experience enjoyable, comfortable, and much easier than I expected. As both a medical professional and someone with teaching experience, I really appreciated the quality of her training and the effort she puts into every student.

I saw Samara for botox and lip filler treatment. Such a lovely lady. Makes you feel so comfortable and at ease.

I was scared as first time having this treatment. She was very gentle and kind to me.

⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing experience

I would not recommend Este based on my experience.

I went to Este for Botox with Samara, who presented herself as an expert. Unfortunately, the treatment left my lips badly affected, despite the fact that I had only recently had them treated elsewhere and had paid a significant amount of money for them.

Samara acknowledged that something had gone wrong and told me she would correct it. I was then asked to return three times and was charged additional money in an attempt to fix the problem. I found this extremely upsetting, particularly as I was paying again to correct an issue that had arisen following the treatment.

The whole experience was very stressful. I did not feel confident in the treatment or the way my concerns were handled. I was given assurances that the problem would be resolved, but after the appointments, my messages were ignored and I was left without the support I had been promised.

This experience caused me significant distress and has completely destroyed my confidence in the clinic. I expected professional treatment, clear communication and appropriate aftercare, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I am sharing this review so that anyone considering treatment at Este can make an informed decision. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and I would not recommend this clinic.
