Public Statement - Experience with Este Medical Group
In August 2026, we submitted a medical cancellation request and refund documentation to Este Medical Group. Despite providing all required information and following the clinic’s instructions, we have not received any acknowledgement or update for several weeks.
The lack of communication has been extremely stressful, especially given the medical circumstances involved. We have contacted the clinic multiple times since March this year, without receiving any response.
We believe it is important for others to be aware of our experience so they can make informed decisions. We hope the clinic will address this matter promptly and improve the reliability of their administrative processes for future patients.

Horrible staff...they treat u nice on before buying treatment ...once u paid deposit their behavior..response time everything will changr drastically..
Got cosemelon done from..after 1st phase they just doubled the asking price and put a financial agreement to loan company without my consent. After 1st phase my skin got chemical burns and they replied after weeks with no concern...only 20 % of pigmentation gone initially amd once i stopped creams it came back twice as hard....so for £3500 this treatment pigmentation to come back like this is such a rip off...2nd the staff is such a scam and do.open day robbery to people

I’ve had an amazing experience with Este Medical Group from my very first consultation with Bilkis. The entire team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive.

Zara and Zhyan at the desk have always been so helpful, while Flutra, Paria, Irena, Shirin, and Forough have been fantastic throughout my microneedling and red light therapy sessions. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and well looked after.

I’ve been coming to Este for about 3 years and had my transplant in Aug26. There was no pressure to do the transplant and the team made sure my hair loss was stabilised and that I was ready.

I eventually had my transplant in the Istanbul clinic and it was seamless, as if I were in London. I had 7 days of post op treatment there and the final 3 days in London.

The experience has been fantastic and I am very pleased, now to just wait! A special mention to Bilkis, Forough, Sherrin and Irina who look after me in the London clinic and I always look forward to coming in! Every member of the team are a joy to spend time with and I would recommend Este to anyone!

I had a very positive experience with Este Medical Hair Transplant in Istanbul. The transfer service was perfectly organised and arrived exactly on time. The doctors and the whole team involved in the procedure were highly experienced, professional and reassuring.

We were also very happy with the price, which was very reasonable considering the quality of service provided. What impressed us most was that there was no pressure to rush the procedure or treat as many patients as possible, as you sometimes see with other clinics. There was also no unnecessary focus on a minimum or maximum number of grafts — they simply recommended and performed the amount that was genuinely needed.
