Amazing journey ask for JAMES
Since the minute I land to the airport , the company send me a luxury van so to pick me up and take me to the hotel, and to clinic
I have to say the clinic looked like 5 * star hotel inside clean and beautiful, the team was amazing but mostly JAMES was my personal patient coordinator , this guy was there for me every minute , helping me
With everything even when I had my surgery he was escorting me to the toilet, I would call him my *father* in the clinic and we are same age 😅as he was for me in everything even, where should I go and eat
I would recommend to ask for
This gentleman especially if you are travelling alone and u haven’t been in turkey before.
Since I traveled from Uk to turkey James was there for and had ready everything , very helpful
The clinic is also is amazing and their staff kind and polite

I just had my hair transplant in Este Capelli yesterday. The customer service was phenomenal from first point of contact. I was looked after very well from landing in Istanbul, to surgery and up to flight departure back to UK. Fast and convenient transport and exceptional hotel accommodation were provided where I truly relaxed and enjoyed.
SMOOTH SURGERY
My hair transplant was organised safely. I was provided all the details and orientated with whole picture of what it takes to get my hair back. I felt I was indeed in control and well-supported. I am happy with my new hairline!
This was truly a life-changing experience that will remind me of beautiful memories in Istanbul.
PERI-OPERATIVE AND AFTER CARE
Communication and coordination of medical care is live and active. The team is approachable and responsive. Information is provided quickly on-time and the centre is genuinely proactive when it comes to after care, advice, and health recommendation —most especially post-operatively. One’s surgery plan is personalised. Their pathway of patient care is first-class in all aspects.

My name is Thiago 36 years old. I am leaving i Ireland for the last 10 years from Brazil. I saw EsteCapelli for the first time on instagram. It was a video from another Brazilian also he is leaving in Ireland. So after that I made a search about and the views was amazing. So a contact Alex and a made a appointment. The first contact was a great and the price suit me perfectly. He was very professional and make me feel comfortable about. So after that i decided to go ahead. Everything was just perfect from the airport to the clinic. I am so great full to find the perfect group to look after me. The staff was amazing e didn’t fell any pain and they make me fell very save e comfortable. Today is completed 11 days since I did the hair implant I am so happy about. Especially I have to thank you Alex. He was and still the one make fell happy about my decision and he still looking after me. I really recommend them.

My rhinoplasty journey
I want to share my experience with my rhinoplasty provided by EsteCapelli. I have contacted the clinic and approached by James, a man that proved himself to be the most kind, supportive and available man that I could have met in my rhinoplasty journey. All the details were discussed to the letter. I was literally given details about the process step by step which was a very comforting. Everything was provided by them. Accomodation, transfers from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic back and forth. I have to say that the journey was amazing, the services were amazing, dr. Mehmet was an artist and overall I am extremely extremely pleased by everything that they have offered me and the nose, the nose is perfect. Many thanks to James, dr. Mehmet and the entire EsteCapelli team.

Hair transplant
After loads of research and years of contemplating a hair transplant I got in touch with Este Capelli.
I immediately knew this was going to be the best place to get a transplant and I’m two weeks post op and I’m so glad I went with them.
The whole thing was just easy. They explained everything fully and all I had to do was book the flights to confirm the reservation.
From the airport to the hotel to the climic to the aftercare, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the results I’ve got so far are incredible.

Faultless, amazing service
This experience with Este Capelli was great from start to finish. From start I mean the months and months ago that I booked with James, who stays in touch regularly prior to the surgery taking place, and is present throughout the whole journey, made me feel very comfortable. Another great thing was that myself and my brother were able to book on together, and have our hair transplants done on the same day, making it less daunting for one another, although after experiencing the way James and the whole staff make you feel so comfortable we both agreed we would have been happy to come alone. I am only a couple of days post op but very happy with the surgery, I am excited to start my after care routine which is very precisely given to you by the staff following your first wash. I would highly recommend Este Capelli.
