Mon expérience avec EsteCapelli : un suivi très décevant, je ne recommande pas
Je partage mon avis aujourd'hui avec un recul de plus de 15 mois sur ma greffe de cheveux réalisée le 9 mars 2025. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette clinique. Je conseille vivement aux personnes qui souhaitent sauter le pas de bien faire leurs recherches et de se tourner vers une autre clinique bien plus sérieuse.
Les points positifs :
Le jour de l'intervention, le traducteur a été très bien, professionnel et à l'écoute.
Les points négatifs :
• L'équipe technique : Les personnes qui ont réalisé mon opération étaient très désagréables, froides et ne semblaient pas sérieuses pendant l'intervention.
• Le suivi pré-opératoire : Je devais être suivi par Mateo, mais cela n'a pas été le cas. C'est moi qui devais appeler et relancer à chaque fois que j'avais besoin d'une information avant de partir.
• Le suivi post-opératoire (Le pire) : J'ai envoyé les photos de contrôle des 15 mois comme demandé. Le résultat montre une délimitation encore très visible et un manque flagrant de densité sur le dessus de la tête. Depuis que j'ai envoyé ces photos montrant le problème, la clinique m'ignore complètement et me laisse sans aucune réponse.
Le service s'arrête malheureusement une fois que vous avez payé. Passez votre chemin et cherchez une autre clinique qui assure un vrai suivi médical.

My experience with estecapelli was amazing from start to finish. From the first contact I felt relaxed and confident about my hair transplant. Going to turkey at first felt daunting but Rachel put me at ease straight away.
When I arrived I was collected by my driver and brought to a five star hotel.
The next morning I was brought to the clinic and had my transplant done . The experience was a lot more pleasant than I expected and the 6 hours flew by .
I returned the next morning for first wash and then I was dropped to the airport.

After the first week I couldn’t believe how quickly I was healing the hairs in the donor area were starting to grow back .

I would highly recommend Estecapelli they are exceptional at what they do.
I would like to give a special mention to Rachel who was amazing throughout the whole process she made me feel relaxed and calm and answered any questions I had .

If you are thinking about a hair transplant contact them today you won’t regret it .

I felt really nervous going to Turkey, staying in a country the language of which I didn't know, spending so much money for what basically was a vanity project, going through I knew what was going to be a lot of discomfort and all at the age of 70!
I needn't have worried. Rachel and the team at Estecapelli were extremely helpful and professional. Rachel's English was excellent.

Some downsides - very few spoke any English at all. But since people from so many different countries go there, you can't expect the staff there to be proficient in all.
I was asked immediately for payment, which worried me slightly.
And I was asked to leave a review before I was hardly out the door and in the limo to the airport. It's really too early to leave a review then.

But the result is amazing.
For 55 years I've had, if not a complex, then real regrets at not being able to grow a beard. After approximately 10 months, I can look in the mirror and be proud. I have a full beard, while the donor area at the back looks as if nothing was done to it.
The whole process could not have gone better.

I had my hair transplant with them about a year ago, and from start to finish I was really pleased with the whole experience.

Price-wise, they were somewhere in the middle — not the cheapest option I found in Turkey, but not the most expensive either — and I was very happy with what I paid considering the level of service I received.

The accommodation was great, the procedure itself went really well, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the follow-up care, which continued all the way up to the one-year mark and was absolutely amazing.

I’m super happy with my results and would absolutely recommend them! 🙌

I am very happy with my experience with this clinic. I came from Poland for a hair transplant and everything was very well organised from the beginning. The communication was good and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The whole procedure went smoothly and I felt comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. The clinic was clean and the team explained everything clearly, including the aftercare.
I am very satisfied with the service and so far I am also happy with how the healing process is going. I know the final result takes time, but I am already looking forward to seeing the full effect.

I chose this clinic because of its excellent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.

It has been around 10 months since my hair transplant, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The density is very poor, and I am not satisfied at all. I contacted the clinic several times to discuss my concerns, but I never received a proper response or a satisfactory solution.

In my opinion, one reason the clinic's ratings may be so high is what I experienced on the day of my procedure. Before the surgery, everyone was very polite and reassuring, repeatedly telling me not to worry and promising great results. However, immediately after the procedure, while I was still at the clinic, a staff member stood next to me and asked me to leave a review. At that point, I had no way of knowing what the final result would look like. I believe this may encourage some patients to leave positive reviews based on the service they received that day rather than the long-term outcome.

My advice is not to judge this clinic by its ratings alone. Instead, look for reviews from patients who are at least 10–12 months post-transplant, when the final result can actually be evaluated.

If your outcome turns out like mine, you could end up wasting your hard-earned money while permanently using donor grafts that cannot be replaced. During a hair transplant, thousands of grafts are removed from the donor area. If the result is poor, those grafts cannot be put back, and because the donor area contains only a limited number of grafts, it may also reduce your options for a successful repair surgery elsewhere.

I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I chose this clinic. I hope my experience helps others make a more informed decision before trusting the clinic's ratings alone.

Estecapelli is not the most popular in the uk no one really knows about them! But they definitely do need to be more appreciated! I went back in February 12th and it’s currently may 18th and the results are unbelievable already! The aftercare has been amazing! Big shout out to Rachel! I had around 5200 grafts and my donor area has healed very well and was certainly not over harvested. I was very nervous on the day of the transplant and leading up to it on the day but the team did there best to make me feel comfortable! Now the price 🤩 it stood out compared to others it seemed to good to be true but due to it being a smaller clinic that some of the major ones I’m presuming this is why it may be cheaper. But reassured they was amazing and I can’t fault! From being picked up from Istanbul airport to being dropped back off I was treated with a 5 star experience! I had my hair transplant 14 weeks ago and wow what a difference I can’t believe how thick it’s coming in so Kwick and the team from start to finish where incredible and the after care highly recommend if any is looking to get there hair done Rachel has been amazing from start to finish and after care is the best to.

I am only 3 months into my recovery from the hair transplant and I already feel as if it was the best decision of my life. I am 23 and was slightly hesitant at first as to what different factors could affect me. But Rachel removed all anxiety with how informative, helpful and accommodating she has been throughout the whole process. The team conducting the procedure made me feel very safe and in good hands at all times. At no point did I feel overwhelmed with pain or anxiety which is a credit to the service I was provided. I couldn’t recommend this company any higher and to anyone who has doubts about getting the transplant - you will not regret it !!!

It was really fantastic. The team were all amazing and assisted me through out the procedure. Right from the time I landed in Turkey till I departed everything went very smooth. Rachel one of their staff is really helpful and constantly checking on their client to see if everything is okay even after the procedure. Awesome person. I know everyone says this, but this is honestly an accurate review of my experience. First let me express that I went into this with much anxiety. 10 hour flight to Turkey. Never had any major operations before. And I went alone. However, upon my journey, I realize that I was exactly where I was supposed to be and I’m so happy that I made the decision to go forward with the procedure. They were extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was well taking care of, especially Matthew (Such a cool and professional individual). I honestly can’t imagine my life today (6 months later) if I hadn’t of made this choice. Thank you so much EsteCapelli. I LOVE my results. I don’t wear hats anymore and my hair looks great. An amazing service, couldn’t have gone better! Rachael is a superstar! Looked after me and offered translation too. The team are super-slick and the entire process is 100 percent efficient. Taxi pick up from the airport direct to the hotel and then pick up next day for clinic appointment. Highly recommended!!!

I've known for a few years I would eventually want to have a hair transplant, when I felt I was in the right position in order to have one done I started to look and was I met with a mindful places.

I carried out some research and made some enquiries and I was put in touch with Matthew. He was really friendly to answer all my questions. Nothing was forced and everything was done at my own pace.

The time came around and I flew out, I was picked up exactly as told and they accommodated me for an extra day stay while in the city. The process was quite a big challenge for me as it's something I've not particularly look forward to, the team were very comforting throughout the day very professional and gave me an incredible service.

I honestly cannot vote one thing about the whole process, the level of professionality and the standard has been phenomenal, I'm travelling back home Home feeling very confident in the whole process in the whole team in the job that they have carried out
