Bad customer service !!!they charge people for no reason for even cancellation, i didn’t even receive my order.they charge .I don’t where the hell they come from but it’s sh…it website all dodgy .scam!

I purchased a pair of aviators from this company, I’m absolutely shocked by the quality of this product, I’ve owned this pair of sunglasses for just over a week and the screw came loose on the arm and the arm has fell off. I kept these in a good condition and this has still happened. Very disappointing

Extreme prices, extreme delivery prices, horrible returns policy, and incorrect item sent. These factors taken together make the compensatory process a nightmare.

I ordered the Cartel - Jet Black glasses, ignored the warning signs of next to no information about the actual product or lenses used. They don't even come with a case, just a plastic disposable cover. From first touch they rattled like crazy. The arms were super loose, bridge rattley and loose. Very cheap feeling and as a result really uncomfortable to wear.

I've picked up glasses a third of the price with better build quality. Just fast fashion rubbish.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered a pair of shades from essntlframes, received a tracking number, and awaited the delivery. On the expected delivery date, Royal Mail claimed it was delivered, but I couldn't find the item anywhere at home. After checking with neighbors and finding no sign of the package, I contacted Royal Mail. They initiated an investigation. Simultaneously, I emailed essntlframes about the incident. To my surprise, they offered to send me a new pair of shades. I'm truly impressed by their exceptional customer service and how they handled this situation. Their prompt responses and proactive approach to problem-solving are remarkable. I will wholeheartedly continue recommending them.

Want to return terrible sunglasses and refusing to provide the returns address.

Don't usually write reviews but thought it was warranted. I order a pair of sunglasses and when they arrived they were faulty. Within a day of me emailing they sent out a brand new pair that arrived 2 days later. Quality customer service.

AVOID. Emailed several times about a missing order and have been constantly ignored despite no tracking information or evidence of the item even sent

DO NOT BUY. terrible cheap nasty glasses, for a high price! been emailing to send back and get a refund for other a week and no reply.
