Do not encourage this disrespectful company. My son bought a hoodi for $160 at their Central Park NY store. After 2 uses and 2 washes some of the lettering on the hoodi came off and all the other lettering started to peel off... I sent 2 messages to their customer service saying that there must be a quality problem and asking for a solution. And I haven't received a single reply from them... In addition to having non-existent customer service, they sell a poor-quality product at an exorbitant price, the hoodi sold at Walmart for 30$ are of better quality. Don't support this company that doesn't care about their customers. Their product and services are a big big scam!!

Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from this website they are scam artists.. ordered my package the beginning of february took over a month and they told me it was delivered when in fact it was not and won’t give me any details and will not provide a refund.

This company are a disgrace. Ordered a hoodie start of December, quality and shape were awful so returned the item at my own cost. Promised refund in 10-15 days by mid January and as other reviews never arrived. Raised a charge back with my card provider and eventually received this today, over 3 months later.
Please avoid these scammers.

How is this company still able to trade?!
The website is still running despite the company clearly scamming customers. I returned a hoodie in Dec 23 and am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed many times. I have occasionally received a response promising a refund immediately but I am still waiting. I visited the returns address and it’s a dump! The email responses are clearly from overseas as they are being sent in the middle of the night UK time. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

Terrible customer service. I ordered these products before Christmas and I am just now getting them. The sizes run small and I have tried to get information to return and have not heard anything back. I will not order nor encourage anyone else to be subject to the late delivery and no response to return the product

I ordered two hoodies for my daughter for Christmas, both arrived in the timescale advised, but were too big. Customer Service have promised multiple times to process a refund, suggesting it will take 10 days, but 6 weeks later still waiting. Don't buy direct from this company. Currently disputing charges with my credit card company.

Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas, it was the wrong one, hoodie still in all the packaging and unopened, I asked to be able to return it and get my money back. They replied stating a refund has been initiated, I should receive the refund within 10 to 15 days. Surprise no refund received, after 15 days I emailed, but they are now not replying. Please please please do not order from this company, they are shocking, they take your money and that’s it

Ordered a sweatshirt on the 15/12/2023. One month later, the sweatshirt still hasn’t arrived and there is no hope of getting hold of anybody though there contact button. Despite several messages (email and instagram) I still haven’t had an answer. Needless to say that my bank account was debited on the next day! They take your money, but the service after the purchase is non existent.

DO NOT USE. Ordered a hoodie from them on 30th Nov for my daughter. Tried to return it as she didn’t like the colour and now chasing refund via our credit card and trading standards. No phone number or legitimate shop address on website so should have known better. I even went to the address on Chancery Lane and found a messy sorting office. AVOID!!!

Do not use! Ordered 2 hoodies on separate occasions in November. When the first eventually showed up and realised it wasn’t authentic tried to cancel 2nd order but they still sent it despite me saying I no longer wanted it. They have answered some of my emails and indicated a refund is on its way quoting 10-15 days. Now on day 16 and still chasing them. Also there is no information on their website on how to return unwanted items. They have said once I’ve been refunded they will send me the return information. Ridiculous! That’s not how online shopping works. DO NOT USE THEM!

Looks real, with full price items. Once ordered you receive nothing and no response. Also checked company on companies house to see they only started Trading November 23.
