SCAMMER!!! Don’t buy from them. There is an investigation for fraud.

Worst customer service ever multiple emails about my order with same response.

Waited a month for one Fear of God Medium t-shirt as a present for my boyfriend (who is 5’8 and a size medium) just for the shirt to be ENORMOUS on him like down to his knees. It looks like an XXL and i’m beyond pissed off I have to deal with the hassle of returning it. it also doesn’t say in any description of the shirt that it’s extremely oversized.

Awful. Complete scam. Took forever to deliver my order then to return they take a 30% ‘restocking fee’

Do not waste your money with this company. What they show you on the website is not what you get. I ordered a specific item, and what arrived was completely different absolutely nothing like the photos.

It’s clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders accurately. When I reached out for help, customer service was useless and unresponsive. Useless They ghost you the moment you complain. This place is run by scammers who just want your money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Onee at all costs. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would.

Do not order anything from them. I ordered in early December 2024, got confirmation of order. Sent many emails asking for shipping date and tracking number. I got same replies of don’t worry will arrive 3-5 days. Realized the phone number on their site was disconnected and address in Colorado was fake. Cost was $150.00for a pair of sweatpants. Luckily I paid through PayPal and the got my money back. WARNING FAKE COMPANY

Ordered from essentials ca. not a company, it’s nothing. You will not get any product. They only take your money. Now had to cancel my card and bank is in the process retrieving my money. Can’t understand why they can’t take that website down

I ordered from this company thinking it was legitimate. 5 minutes after i realised it was a spoof company, fake website. Did a check on companies house and the "New York" company was running from a small house East London but the director is in Pakistan! I lodged a dispute/charge back, my bank refunded me £180 i had paid. Now they have emailed saying an error on their system accidently refunded my money and as i have or nearly have the goods can i make a payment to a paypal account!! I dont think so. So grateful to my bank for their help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Nep webshop. Zogenaamd kan bij via klarna betalen. Dit kan niet. En pak dat wij bestelden is nooit aangekomen. Je kan mailen maar ook daar geen antwoord op dus sla deze website aub over wil je niet opgelicht worden

Never received product! SCAM

Order received but was nothing that I ordered. Completely wrong and no one will respond to me. Have emailed multiple times.

If I could give no star I would. PLEASE do not buy from this company. I have seen so many receive the same confirmation receipt, but no tracking. IF this fraudulent website emails you it will say don’t worry it’s been shipped and you will receive in 3-4 days. It’s not coming. Contact your banking institution and report it. Also, contact the FCC and file a report.

Unfortunately, this company sells counterfeit products at high prices and they don't respond to requests to return the items. Don't order from them. You're giving your money to an online scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a sweater for my kids for Christmas I placed the order November 21 it now December 19 and I have still not received my order the sweater cost $170 with shipping. When I sent a email to the company the same person keeps responding with the same auto generated messages “ Don't worry your order has been shipped and you will receive it within a 3-4 days” this person has said this to me 3x already. This is a scam website! I called today to dispute the charge on my credit. Also if you try to call the company the number is out of service and if you google the address it goes to a home residence.

These people are scammers and I ordered in November and it never came till date. Fakers!!! Spoiling the Essentials brand name, I wonder why are Essentials people giving suck companies authority to sell. Ruining the customer base and self damage to their reputation. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Do not buy! Those sizes are very off and when you contact them, they do not respond properly. They give you the runaround so the 30 days can expire.

Sad! Sad! My son bought me a hoodie off this site on 10/5 and I never received it. I’ve tried calling and countless emails but nothing!!!
