I found Essential Repairs very efficient with a friendly manner. The guys who came were so nice and worked hard, efficiently and cleaned up so well afterwards. Very helpful and friendly too. Will definitely use again!

I have asked via live chat x4 with no reply and sent email x1 with no reply regarding my purchase on Friday 5th as there is no tracking update. On Monday it said that order was complete on there online shop. I have just tried to ring to speak to advisor ringing for 3min30sec then phone was nothing so I tried ringing and pressing option status update again ringing for 3min30sec then phone nothing

Working alongside Frixos, Alicija and team has been a pleasure. David Astburys are managing over 500 units and the team have been fast to book in jobs and get the quotes over to us on the same day if they are able too. I would definitely recommend their services, if you require a quick turn around and jobs completed to a professional standard. This company was send to my House by Rolfe East , l didn’t call them and l don’t have a contact with this company.The Engineer didn’t fix the washing machine or stay for 5 minutes in my house .This company has been sending me threatening emails and bomberding me with emails.l have tried to explain to them that l am not the one who pays for anything that is broken or not working.The owner of this house is the one who pays for it through Rolfe East.I am going to report this company and to seek legal advice .Enough is Enough now

I was impressed from the word go with this firm. I was initially contacted by Alicja who took the basic details of the job and collected images of what I needed doing, presumably to pre-filter me to the right team. This was done very quickly and with minimal fuss, but in a personable and friendly way - which I appreciate is not an easy thing to balance.

Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Sameera who reconfirmed my details and booked me in with a contractor - again, with a friendly attitude and efficiently done.

I got a text message with a tracking link telling me exactly when the contractor Giourgken was going to arrive, and it was helpful but unnecessary because he was precisely on time, completing the job perfectly and very quickly. He then did an assessment of another light fitting that we'd forgotten to ask to be included originally.

All in all, I cannot fault Essential Repairs. I will absolutely be using them again and I thoroughly recommend them for speed, service and value.

Great service whatever work you require. We use ER for our portfolio of properties in West London as our go to provider.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have jumped through hoops and made miracles happen for me. I manage a load of properties and have tasked them to do various things from plumbing, electrics, decorating, pest control, etc and they always come through for me quickly and efficiently. I don't know what I would do without them!

I’ve used Essential Repairs on many occasions for plumbing , carpentry and decorating and always found them to be competitively priced , efficient and easy to deal with .

My go to company for all things maintenance. Always helpful, available, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. Their engineers are knowledgeable and the admin side is efficient, especially Sameera who goes out of her way to provide the best service. Would recommend!

My experience was great at all levels - communication, survey, getting quote and electrician work on site. Jurgen and Arjan are high professionals that worked fast and clean. They also explained all steps of their work and showed how to keep records in log book.

Let's just say that our Ring Go camera was a life saver. These guys worked very little and the camera was there to proove it. They tried to rip us of despite having worked with them in the past.

Work included replacing an old radiator and tap to bathroom sink. First engineer was an hour late. Work was done neatly, but the radiator valves leaked so I had to call them back to fix it. Return engineer was also over an hour and a half late, no communication from company as to why or estimated arrival time.

Very good and reliable services
I am using their services for domestic and commercial
