Having used Allprop for a number of projects now, I can not fault anything the company has done. Joel and the team have been amazing from the initial tender stage, through to project handover. Any issues dealt with with great solutions and fantastic level of workmanship from all the trades involved. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service - have used allprop a number of times at my property and they provide outstanding service. Easy to arrange contractors and they follow up until the work is completed.

Needed some urgent work done. Very happy with the efficiency and the final result.

Needed a plumber urgently. Allprop were there straight away and sorted the problem with no issues.

Boiler broke down in middle of the night, allprop attended very quickly today and sorted the issue which was a relief given the weather. Very professional engineer. Would recommend and use again.

Pretty bad. A very ‘computer says no’ when anything happens. If you miss the engineer they charge a call out fee (fine) but then delay you getting anything fixed by going through a long laborious process to pay it and super unhelpful when trying to communicate with them.

Edit: and as you can see from their response - unprofessional (and also untrue!). We didn’t receive the call on the intercom, they didn't wait 30 mins (not sure how a still photo would prove the time spent waiting) and their tone in communications is the same defensive and unprofessional response. We tried to resolve the issue by paying and moving forward but they kept continually responding with ‘proof’ (even though we didn’t disagree with the payment AT ALL, we acknowledged we missed it due to being in meetings when the contractor came). If you want an easy life and want professionalism, they aren’t the ones for you. If you have any issues they’ll be defensive and difficult. We used a different company in our old flat and they were really good - super helpful, professional and kind. Can send company name if anyone wishes. You just want a nice company when dealing with things about your home.

Edit 2: Honestly quite upsetting spending my Friday responding to these messages. We have all of the responses ourselves and they didn't wait 50 mins - the fact a company can be so unprofessional and continue to argue with us goes to show the standard you get with them. We've found it really hard having this back and forth when ultimately we offered to pay straight away and they just continue to argue. The chain below shows they are confrontational, hostile and unwilling to have productive conversations - not the type of person you want in your property.

I have been using Allprop for many years and they are a fantastic maintenance company. They are friendly, reliable and their quality of work is unmatched. I have the pleasure of dealing with Mandy, Anna, Beth, Sarah, Joel and Richard who always go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. 5-star service and I look forward to continuing working with the amazing team at Allprop for years to come.

I have been using Allprop for a few years now on many different projects. I can honestly say they go above and beyond. They have never let me down either for quality or timescale. So hard to find a company that does what it says. I for one won’t be using anyone else in future. Can’t recommend Joel, Richard and team highly enough.

AllProp did some work for us at our house in Mill Hill and have to say they were really great. They sorted out some complex gas and electric work amongst other things. An all round firm able to deal with most things. Couldn't recommend them highly enough !

Had a leak at home and called Allprop who were there within a couple of hours stopping the leak immediately. Then worked out where the leak came from and resolved this for me by the end of day.

Allprop have being assisting with bits on site (small scientific/pharmaceutical site) for just under 2 years. I have used Allprop for plumbing work, electrical work, decorating, roofing/gutter clearance, waste clearance and various other bits. The team are always really helpful, communicate well and have always delivered whatever has been quoted on time and to a great standard. In summary these guys are trustworthy, reliable and have always done a great job. Very happy with the service they have provided.
