The service of your company is exemplary! We do not live in the the lower mainland,and ordering a machine from your company we were expecting this to be a long process.We were certainly mistaken, from ordering to receive the coffee machine it was only 4 days! Bravo!

Great service
Great service. They had the parts in stock, and I had my machine back by the next day. Their competition said it would take about three weeks to repair. Friendly staff. Highly recommended if you need repairs.

Very good
Espresso Dolce was a very good experience. The website was easy to navigate, get information about an espresso machine, and then purchase it. Shipping was fast and very well done, especially considering it was going from Canada to Maryland (United States.) I am very happy with the machine I got (Delonghi ECAM44660B) and would recommend the machine and Espresso Dolce to anyone who is looking for a super automatic espresso machine.

the work on our coffee machine was completed within a few days which was very good as we miss using our machine.
whatever was wrong with the machine was corrected and the machine completely cleaned. In my opinion the cost was very reasonable.

The website was easy to use and the delivery was quick. There is a large selection of coffees available and the prices were good for the products they carry.

Generally, a positive experience.
Generally, a positive experience in trying (Co-Vid) times. Web site was glitchy, delivery delayed a day or two, extra product (never ordered) arrived in additional shipment. Had to make an unnecessary trip to Canada Post depot to return the unwanted extra product.
Other than these points, the unit ordered did arrive unscathed.
The gentleman who looked after me (an owner ?) did his best to minimize the discomfort.
I would do business there again
