Eskute UK Omdömen 

Vor 17 Tagen habe ich Geld für eine Vorderlicht überwiesen. Habe ungezählte Mails geschrieben. Bis heute habe ich die Lampe nicht erhalten. Werde immer wieder vertröstet. Obwohl ich keine Ware bekommen habe, wurde mir zugesichert, daß man mir Ersatz schicken würde. Für mich hat diese Firma den Namen Service nicht verdient.

Pulluno Pro mit Mittelmotor. Verarbeitung Rahmen ok. Handhabung unproblematisch. Bremsen eine Katastrophe, nach 200km ausgewechselt. Mit meinen 100kg im hügeligen Gelände 40km Reichweite. Schaltgetriebe nach 300km defekt, Ritzel bereits gut verschlissen. Motorunterstützung meines Erachtens eher bei 45 anstatt bei 65 Nm (bin mehrere andere E-Bikes gefahren). Selbst für die 1350€ die ich für bezahlt habe würde ich es nicht nochmals kaufen.

Nach 505 km Motor oder Steuereinheit lt. Support defekt. Aber es kommen nur Ausreden. Eine Nennung einer Werkstatt die den Schaden beheben kann kann vom Support auch nicht genannt werden.
Alles in allem eine überaus schwache (schlechte) Leistung. kann nur sagen, nie wieder Eskute.
Nach Anfrage von Trustpilot weitere Details:
Wie beschrieben hat nach 505 km, bei meinem Eskute Voyager, der Motor seinen Dienst verweigert. Laut Support könnte der Motor oder die Steuereinheit defekt sein. Nach 505km? Nachfrage beim Support ergab das sie mir keine Reparaturwerkstatt nennen können, ebenfalls wurde auf meine Anfrage was denn eine neue Steuereinheit kostet erst gar nicht reagiert.

Das Bike ist ca. ein Jahr alt und schon kommen die ersten Probleme.
Erst wurde das Ladegerät recht heiß und inzwischen kommt man nur noch ca. 15 Kilometer mit dem Akku.
Ich nehme bei diesem Preis ja hin dass die Qualität nicht allzu hoch ist aber Ladegerät und Akku sollten schon etwas länger halten.
Und der Kundendienst kann mir auch nicht helfen da es keinen gibt.
Also besser ein gebrauchtes Markenrad kaufen inkl. Kundenservice vor Ort

Finger weg von Eskute.
Nach langem hin und her wurde mir ein zweiter Akku aus 2022 geliefert.
Der hält keine 30 Kilometer und muss dann wieder geladen werden.
Vor einigen Wochen wurde mir dann ein Akku aus 2023 geliefert. Dieser Akku funktioniert überhaupt nicht.
Eskute stellt sich trotz Bilder und Videos quer.
Wenn ich dafür auch noch 399€ gezahlt hätte .........
Die verwendeten Akkus sind minderer Qualität und absolut Schrott.
Ich habe denen mehrfach angeboten die maroden Akkus zurück nach Polen zu schicken.
Keine Rückmeldung.
Hier wäre der Versand wohl teurer als die Akkus.
Die waren für den Versand auch nicht wirklich gut verpackt.
Aber gut.
Also bloß die Finger weg von dieser Marke.
Ohne Akku lässt sich dieses Fahrrad gegenüber Markenrädern nicht bewegen.
Sehr traurig wenn Kunden für dieses Fahrrad sparen und dann wieder mit dem Bus fahren müssen.

I had been looking at Eskute eBikes for awhile. Eskute then had a huge price reduction on some models. My new Eskute Netuno arrived on 14/07/24. I've covered 140 kms on it. I'm truly very impressed with the bike. I'm 68 and I have two old Dawes bikes which I also ride regularly. I think the Eskute Netuno is my favourite bike . The battery has a great range. About 55 miles for me (15 stone). Happy riding.

Bike arrived in 2 days, easy to put together, issue with battery, replacement sent, only issue having to wait 24 hrs reply from email then 1-7 day delivery.

I had a power management problem. I emailed Eskute support and they responded within 12 hours with advice on how to fix it. Problem solved in 30 seconds. Quite impressed.

Sofern das eskute e-bike funktioniert, ist es die Investition wert und es macht Spaß mit diesen zu fahren.

Leider war dies bei mir nur für wenige Monate der Fall. Seit dem zeigt das Fahrrad mir Fehlermeldung an, die auch mit Hilfe des Service-Team bisher nicht beheben werden konnte.
Dieser schickt einen aufverdacht Ersatzteile zu, bei der Reparatur ist man auf sich alleine gestellt.
Obwohl ich den Rat und Anbau wiederholt gefolgt bin, funktioniert das Fahrad seit Monaten nicht mehr.
Trotz Garantie und Gewährleistung wird das Fahrrad auch nicht zurück genommen. Leider wird Eskute zumindest in Hamburg von keiner Werkstatt repariert.

Dies kann dazu führen dass man ein ansich gutes Fahrrad für lange Zeit nicht benutzen kann.

Schade.

Kann das Bike Netuno und auch das Vorgänger Modell Voyager nur bestens empfehlen !! Habe mit Voyager über 3500km abgerissen und außer normaler Wartung nichts passiert! Natürlich sollte man sich im klaren sein das man bei dem Bike nicht in irgendeinen Fachhandel laufen kann um reparieren zu lassen . Wer meint das er ein Low Budget Bike mit allem Service kauft, sollte ganz schnell eine teureres Rad kaufen oder beim Händler um die Ecke ein überteuertes ... Das sollte jeden klar sein. Ich bin sowohl mit Service per mail, als auch mit dem Bike sehr sehr zufrieden!! Würde jederzeit jedem raten der keine 2 linken Hände hat, für kleines Geld diese tollen Bikes zu kaufen.

Only a couple of small issues so far but so far very happy with my Netuno Jodie at customer service has been very Good

I received my netuno e bike in early march, everything was fine. It done what it said on the tin. Within a couple of months l started having trouble with it. It would run out of gas after a few min, even though it showed a green light when charging. With the help from Jodie of the support team, it was decided on faulty battery. The help l had was second to none. I received a new battery and all is well. Many thanks for you’re help and support. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending escute.

gave a negative review about the bike i purchached,
but will hold my hand up and admit i went about it
the wrong way, complaing to the wrong department,when i eventually contacted the right people the matter was resolved very quickly.
my battery arrived very quickly and now my bike is back on the road.if i wish to remove that earlier review .

My bike is only 7 months old and it stopped powering up. The majority of the parts are on 3 or 6 months warranty.
After testing the battery and the controller the customer service sent me a new controller. That did not resolve the issue. I guess the issue is with the display, however it's warranty is only 6 months.
The part is not available in UK. The part is available on Eskute Italy, but they don't ship to UK.
The Eskute customer service committed to send a display even though the part is out of warranty support.

I am still expecting the display/computer, but has not arrived yet.

I will update the review once I receive the out of warranty part.

I took delivery of the new Polluno plus about 4 weeks ago. This bike is really for the wife but I to have been riding it with all the good weather. I also have the Eskute Star, we swap over bikes from time to time. The Polluno with its Dutch style handle bars makes it a very comfortable bike to ride you sit very straight up on its new padded saddle. The new torque sensor gives instant power through the power assists I must say it is very good. We have the white and black one and it draws lots of attention it looks and rides great.

Ich habe mir das Eskute STAR gekauft. Von der Optik sieht das E-Bike gut aus, war aber leider zu laut. Leider keinen Fahrradhändler gefunden, welcher das Rad wegen dem Hinterradmotor gefunden. Habe das E-Bike zurückgeschickt. Eineinhalb Wochen sind vergangen, habe aber bis dato keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Gestern eine Mail geschickt, aber keine Antwort.
Nachdem ich den Fall bei Paypal gemeldet habe, wurde der Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet

Very good communication, excellent bike and great customer service

My Netuno Not turning on at all. I ride everyday to my work but on Monday 3 minutes away from my house the display stopped working. No power at all, nothing happened to the bike, I checked the wires they’re all okay , it must be the battery!
Please some assistance.

After leaving the review, I forgot about it but I was positively surprised that they responded quickly and efficiently to myemails. I felt lazy to send the video they requested and to my surprise the UK manager actually called me to help, took his time to take all the details and actually help( my issue was a battery matter) got sent a new battery and it arrived 2 days after. I genuinely felt respected as a customer.
Will definitely keep shopping here.

Firstly I have submitted a two star review on eskute website (month ago) which shows rating of 4.8, and my review is not showing - that's naughty!

I've bought the bike for my dad and after 1 season the display started to play up, the left crank arm has been coming off regularly due to design issue, and the mechanical breaks are awful, not to mention to wobbly frame for the low entry polluno bike.
