I had some LED light bars failing. Because I was within the warranty period I contacted Paul at EShine via chat. I gave him my order number and photos of the defective products. He is mailing me replacement lights bars that should be arriving in about 4 days. Great service.

I bought a set of the puck lights with the hand wave switch for under my kitchen counters. These lights have been used daily for 4 years without problem; recently the wave switch began malfunctioning not turning the lights off completely. I had tried unplugging to try to reset which didn't change anything. I sent a note to online support to see if there was anything else I could check. Unfortunately, the switch had become faulty and they were no longer under warranty. I received a quick courteous response after which I ordered a new switch for a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and I easily replaced the old switch. Everything works perfectly again. My contacts with eshine customer support have all been very positive, and I highly recommend the lighting products.

If you’re looking for a company that has outstanding customer service and 5 star products look no further. I had the pleasure of working with Paul, I explained to Paul what we wanted and to my surprise he responded with a diagram and what we needed to order in no time at all. I have installed the first set of under cabinet lights and love them so much I’ll be ordering a 2nd set. Thank you Paul for all the work you have done for us and also to the whole company. By far EShine under cabinet lights are the best in the market.

I was extremely pleased with my purchase on EShine. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions immediately. Unfortunately I did not read the instructions!! Should be easy; just insert the cables and the sensor should turn off/on and dim as one would expect. There is a designated end for the power supply. So prior to contacting regarding a defective product, make sure the power supplies is plugged into the right end. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you

The whole process was Great! I started online to figure out what I needed. I was not sure, so I emailed EShine for some guidance. I sent them a diagram of my cabinets then Amelia & I emailed back in forth and she made recommendations for my purchase.
Once I got them, I installed them, and they work Great. I did have an issue because I hooked one up incorrectly.
I emailed EShine and Paul guided me to correct the issue.
The lights exceeded my expectations!

Speedy customer service reply and very helpf

Contacted customer service and received a reply with a few hours. They listened to my problem and quickly worked to resolve my issues. Very attentive customer service and would highly recommend.

Wow! First, packaging was great — I mean, Apple would be impressed. Second, the lights are very high quality. Third, the IR motion detector works great and is fast! Fourth, there are two different connectors (I bought the 3x40”) set: the wire that you see in all packages, PLUS small “hard” connectors that enable you to put two or more lights together in a “solid” unit without having to hide a bunch of extra wire. Those are great! Finally, customer service was unbelievably fast and helpful. I had several questions related to my somewhat unusual install — every response came in less than 24 hours. Unheard of these days. This has to be one of my all-time best purchases on Amazon.

Once I got the info that was needed, Amelia looked at the pictures and made a recommendation that was spot. It is a pleaseure to work with persons of her caliber.
