I usually never write one star reviews. But this company was extremely difficult to work with. Firstly it took them multiple days to send replies back for emails and my design ended up taking a month to go into production and then after that, they delayed it another three weeks telling me steps it was it in the process, I needed a plug-and play sign, and they sent me a sign with open wiring, not following the directions I gave them, basically spending $250 on something I could not use. They claimed I approved the design, after they failed to follow clear directions I gave them. They could not even give me a refund. I am warning you, do not purchase anything from them, they are cheap, non communicative, and I highly regret my experience with this company.

The neon sign I ordered is beyond my expectations. I ordered from their wedding collection for my friend's wedding. It was beautiful and my friend loved it.

I ordered a birthday neon sign for my daughter and it turned out to be the one of the best gifts. The sign was amazing purchase.

My experience with Crazy Neon was amazing. I ordered custom neon sign for Valentine's and turned out to be superb. The neon sign was very easy to install at my wall and gives a bright vibe.

Ordered a sign end of October. Got sign a couple weeks later. Badly scratched on the surface and exposed power cable in the face of the sign. poorly built and damaged. Company keeps asking for pictures. Finally got tired of doing the same thing and sent them the physical sign. It’s now Feb 11 with no resolution. Called earlier today and was told someone would call in 15 minutes. That was over an hour ago. I just want a refund and go on my way.

Received a '2026' neon sign as a new year gift and it's absolutely beautiful. I hung it in our house party area, and all the guests loved it and kept complimenting the sign. It really added a fun and festive vibe to the space. Very happy with ittt..

I do not recommend Crazy Neon under any circumstances.

Our company contracted Crazy Neon to manufacture and deliver custom signage by a confirmed delivery date. That date was explicitly agreed upon and relied on. Based on their confirmation, we had an electrician scheduled and ready for installation.

The delivery date passed with no sign, no communication, and no proactive outreach from Crazy Neon. Days later, after we reached out to them ourselves, we were informed that the sign had never been completed due to an internal issue with the lighting. This failure was not communicated to us in advance, despite the confirmed delivery timeline.

Because Crazy Neon failed to meet their commitment and failed to notify us, our business incurred avoidable costs, including scheduling trades based on their confirmation. When this issue was raised, Crazy Neon refused to compensate for the costs their failure caused.

Once we were informed that the sign had failed and would need to be remade, we immediately canceled the order and declined approval of a newly proposed replacement sign. Despite clear cancellation communicated multiple times via email and phone, Crazy Neon continued production anyway, attempted to charge us, and proceeded as if the cancellation had not occurred.

This experience involved:

Missed confirmed delivery dates

Failure to communicate critical issues

Refusal to take responsibility for damages caused

Ignoring a clear and timely cancellation

Continued attempts to charge after cancellation

This company operates in a way that is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable for business-to-business transactions. I have filed reports with all applicable third-party payment and financing providers involved and will continue to escalate as necessary.

I am willing to provide documentation and proof to any business owner who wishes to verify this experience.

If you are a business owner—or even a residential customer—do not use Crazy Neon. This was one of the worst vendor experiences I have encountered in my career. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial risk and stay far away.

Absolutely unprofessional. I paid upfront for guaranteed delivery a full week before a major business event. After endless delays, false assurances, and nearly 15 follow up calls, I was repeatedly promised the sign would arrive “by Friday.” The staff lied, kept moving the goalpost, and let me prepare for an event that depended on this order.

One agent, Adam, gave repeated assurances that never materialized. The day before my event, they abruptly canceled the order with no solution. Completely unreliable, misleading, and stressful. Do not trust this company if your deadline matters.

I am planning Christmas decor for my place, and came across their website, really cool signs in vibrant colors. Got 2 signs and already planning to get more for my friends.

I like how their team is attentive and responsive. Got one personalized jersey neon sign made from them and details came exactly how i mentioned.

Got a GenZ neon sign for my living room, the size and color is exactly how I mentioned. Will order again.

Ordered materials in excess of 7,000 USD with them for 4 of my companies. Exchanges numerous emails about a sign that arrived in non-working condition. Even had a local neon sign team review it. Was about to place another order for 1.5k and only asked them to replace the sign - even offered to pay for the material cost. They went above and beyond to AVOID ANY RESPONSIBILITY, took forever to respond, and eventually we were forced to go with a different company. Garbage company.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a 5 feet long neon sign and paid $703. Crazy Neon packaged this fragile 5' long neon sign in cardboard and it arrived broken. I have a ring camera that recorded the delivery of the sign from the USPS driver and it proves the sign arrived broken. I also provided Crazy Neon with an unboxing video. I emailed Crazy Neon to resolved the matter and they have refused to do anything about it. WASTED $703 WITH THIS COMPANY!
