Ergo Outlet Omdömen

Website and ordering process easy to navigate, delivery efficient.

Ergo's after service care was great, and their products were of good value and great quality. Unlike other under table pedestal drawer units that I have purchased in the past, Ergo's units came fully assembled which saved me a huge amount of time!

Fantastic service, delivery and quality.
Really impressed from start to finish with Ergo Outlet.
I opened an office in Shrewsbury and was un-certain on the style I wanted. The staff at Ergo helped develop 3D plans and then delivered on-time and installed in professional clean manner.

We were looking for a set of table and chairs for our staff room and found a used item online at Ergo. Product was delivered and we were delighted with it. Exactly as described and excellent value for money. Would definitely use again

Happy with the product, love the choice in fabrics. The communication from sales / customer services was very good. No issues with delivery. Would use this company again

Excellent service and the products received were in very good condition and as described. The delivery drivers were really accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

From beginning to end, the team at Ergo were amazing! Great furniture and seamless process. Highly recommend this company for new and pre-used furniture.

Second time of using Ergo Outlet and cant fault the service. Excellent range of quality products and advice and well priced.

Company were well organised and helpful. Delivered and assembled our office furniture quickly and without fuss.

I have had my Ergo ERG03 chair no for a couple of months and it has totally lived up to expections.

It is very well made and completely comfortable. The inflatable lumer support does its job perfectly.

The chair arrived fully assembled and came within the decalred time frame.

Many thanks to Annie for help with my order.

Very helpful staff and communication was brilliant, our reception desk is just amazing, and it was delivered and installed in a quick turn around. The lights just make the desk look fabulous, very impressive and a lovely central piece. Pat was most helpful and even dismantled our old desk.

As a new business we wanted quality office furniture without it costing us a fortune. We found Ergo Outlet which had a cabinet that matched our other furniture at a reasonable price.
The delivery cost felt quite high but it was good service for the delivery and actually the quality of the cabinet and condition is very good and just like new

Very efficient from start to finish

Very helpful advice at the showroom when recently purchasing an office chair. A wide range of options available with a great choice of fabrics. The chair was delivered on time but had a minor problem (missing castor). The customer service provided by Amy at Ergo was excellent- she arranged for the missing part to be quickly sent out, provided an update and then checked that the part had been delivered and that there were no further issues.

They were incredibly helpful every step of the way, booking was easy and though there was a slight mistake with our order, I called and had it sorted out within 10 minutes.
