Exceptional service
From my initial phone call to purchase and delivery of my new office chair, the service was exceptional! Annie went out of her way to accommodate my inability to climb stairs and arranged for me to try various options in a downstairs area. She was amazingly helpful showing various designs and I was under no obligation to make any purchase. When the chair was delivered there was a slight problem which Annie sorted out swiftly and also followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was happy. I can honestly say that customer service like this is so very rare and the company should be very proud of Annie! Thank you so much

When the furniture showed up the quality was A1 as described. We were up and running in an hour on deliver day.
