Quick delivery, great product! Love the quality and design

Ich fand die Trage an sich sehr angenehm, aber mein Baby mochte sie leider überhaupt nicht. Die vielen Taschen sind toll, aber mein Handy passt in keine der Taschen.
Habe die Trage zurückgeschickt.

Purchased the Omni360 baby carrier before our son was born in June.
Started using it as soon as he was big enough and have used it lots since.
Material is really soft and fit is great, both for us and baby.
Once you've got the hang of what needs clipping where it's easy to use and adjust to fit. Mostly used on the front (both to and away facing) but have recently started to putting him on the back because he's getting very heavy!
Quite expensive but you can definitely feel the quality

Ergobaby is the best. Is perfect softly and gentle to my back. I have very hard baby and this ergobaby is for me "gamechanger".

Web site easy to navigate and ordering was simple.
Product arrived on time and was well packaged.
It was as described and of good quality.
Overall very happy and would order from this company again.

Shocking lack of customer service. Contacted them a week ago by email requesting a replacement buckle. Received an automated response saying they’re looking into it but nothing more. No response to follow up emails. Tried calling the phone line but this just cuts you off due to a “high number of calls” and no option to wait on hold. I am left unable to use my carrier. It appears you used to be able to buy buckles online but they have removed this option - I assume to try and make you buy another £200 carrier! US ergobaby (this is the email on the website) got back to me straight away and would have sent one to a US address free of charge but couldn’t send this to the UK and redirected me to the non-existent UK customer service.

Spare parts arrived slightly late (10 days) but arrived and we are happy to use again our ergobaby after 7 years and still fit perfectly our new born baby.

We oreder some parts for our carrier and had them delivered within 48h!

The price of the bag dropped by €70 on the very same day I placed the order, which is quite significant. However, customer service only offered a 15% discount on a future purchase and refused to provide an online store voucher that would at least partially cover the difference.

Do they really think I would spend more of my money after such an experience just to get a 15% discount? That feels like a mockery.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your brand.

Their customer service is shocking, I called this number 0203 318 6204 to enquire about my parcel that had gone missing only to be met with a recording saying they have high call volumes at the moment and call back later then the line went dead.
I tried numerous emails and used the instant chat only to be avoided, they kept saying they would contact me and they didnt. I ordered the replacement part for my sling on 3rd April and it's now the 14th April and still nothing. Would have been easier to use Amazon. Think I will call my bank today to return the money as they are ignoring all forms of communication.

I have a velcro baby who hates baby carriers. I saw this type of sling and after a thorow research it turned out that Upsie sling carrier by Ergobaby is the only one suitable for babies from 6 months. IT IS a game changer. Thank you!

The product was delivered very quickly and accurate. It fits perfectly and the stroller looks like new.

Der Versand ging Mega schnell. Paket wurde bereits am Tag nach der Bestellung versendet. Mit dem Produkt bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Habe den Metro 3 Deluxe gekauft. Toller Buggy!
