Excellent customer service!! I had an issue with two of my purchases but it was sorted out so quickly and with such ease, replacements sent immediately! I have a very scatty brain and to say Victor was patient and understanding is an understatement! I also loved the products and will definitely purchase again. Thank you!

Bought from Erbology for years
I have purchased Erbology Sea Buckthorn for several years now and it is by far the best available - I can absolutely taste the difference. Recently I have tried some other Erbology products and the quality is really good. So far as customer service is concerned….. excellent!! I had one delivery error and this was corrected immediately. Communications with the team were amazing, I could not fault the way this was handled.
I would have no problem at all recommending Erbology for their products and services.

Great stuff
Great stuff, I have used the milk thistle for several years now. I put a teaspoon on my porridge every morning, I don't taste it at all. Very good and quick delivery too.

Victor is awesome, and so is the Lion’s Mane!
Victor has always been helpful and given great customer service. I love using the organic Lion’s Mane powder in my daily coffee. Great for focusing on what needs to be done.
