I chose this company based on the 100% positive feedback displayed on their website — feedback which I now seriously question.
I paid £365.00 and provided extensive information to assist in tracing the debtor, including bank account details, current and previous addresses, passport information, and other relevant documentation. In my view, this was more than sufficient to support meaningful recovery efforts.
After several months with no communication, I contacted the company for an update. I was informed that they would be closing the account because they had “exhausted their efforts in locating the debtor” and had received no response after sending letters to the address provided.
I find this extremely frustrating. Given the level of detailed information supplied, I expected a far more proactive approach than simply sending letters, visiting an old address, and waiting for a reply. Anyone pursuing debt recovery is already under financial and emotional strain — the last thing they need is to incur additional costs without seeing genuine effort, transparency, or results from the agency engaged to help them.
We will now continue pursuing this matter through the Civil Courts, as this situation has placed a significant burden on our lives.
I hope this review encourages others to carefully consider their options before committing to this service.

_ I was surprised to receive a response from the company within days of posting my review, particularly as I experienced very limited communication during the period I engaged their services.
For clarity, I have used Trustpilot for many years and the name shown here is a stage name that I commonly use online. This does not change the legitimacy of the review or the experience described.
The purpose of my review was not to disclose personal details or specific names publicly, but to share my genuine experience so that others considering a debt recovery service can make a more informed decision. The review reflects my honest experience, and I hold invoices, emails, and receipts that support what I have stated.
Given the outcome of this matter, we are now continuing to pursue the issue through the civil courts, which unfortunately adds further time, cost, and stress.
My intention in posting this review was simply to share my experience and help others who may be facing similar circumstances.

As reflected in our correspondence between February 2025 and September 2025, we pursued enforcement of your judgment across multiple addresses, including 370 Teviot Street, 4 Alpha Road, and 52 Athol Square, with numerous attendances, notices, emails, and tracing activity undertaken by the High Court Enforcement Officers.
Unfortunately, despite extensive efforts, the debtor had moved repeatedly and could not be located. Once all enforceable avenues were exhausted, we confirmed in writing on 22 September 2025 that the file would be closed.
For clarity, you paid £360.00, which is the standard High Court transfer-up fee. This is consistent with the amount you now acknowledge in your amended review. We have never issued an invoice for £365.00. If you have received any document showing that figure, please forward it to us privately so that we can investigate whether another organisation may be misusing our name.
We also wish to clarify that there were numerous points of communication between us throughout the duration of your case. These included regular email updates, confirmations of documents received, requests for information, progress reports from enforcement officers, and formal written closure of the matter. At every stage, we ensured that you and your wife were kept fully informed of the actions being taken and the outcomes.
We appreciate that this outcome is disappointing, but please be assured that enforcement was pursued thoroughly until no further lawful options remained.
