I had a great experience with Dan and EQ bank in terms of service and finding the best solution and interest rate, I have worked with Dan in the past at CHIP and I followed him at EQ. Dan is a great BDM that does his best to help brokers to close their deals in a minimum time. My clients are very happy and satisfied of the EQ products and services.

Le produit d'hypothèque inversée est mal compris dans l'ensemble de la clientèle et les outils supports nous aident à mieux expliquer le mécanisme. Ce qui devrait être corrigé c'est lorsque les clients reçoivent l'état de compte il est mentionné que les intérêts n'ont pas été payés. Il faudrait peut-être indiquer la mention les intérêts capitalisés sur le prêt. Cela portera moins la confusion chez nos clients.

I have had a great experience on both of the deals I've funded with Equitable Reverse in the last couple months. Our clients were on fixed incomes and were able to get approved for an amount that was just what they needed. My clients loved the flexibility in ways they can receive funds as well as prepayment privileges. Allan is always great to work with and picks up the phone right away or calls me back shortly after. He is very knowledgeable and is always focusing on trying to make the deal work and thinking of ways to make it happen! Very impressed with the level of service.

Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Allen McNeil. Allen provided some practical and common sense input into a Reverse Mortgage deal in the works. He is a terrific source of knowledge, always willing to share his experiences / insight and is very personable. EQB have an asset in Allen. A "go-to-guy" for Rev Mtgs - top shelf in my books!

My experience was not just great but exceptional. Patricia and Alisha are two ladies who I really enjoyed working with, I found that they were pleasant, extremely knowledgable, great personalities, and made the whole process seamless. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and are very detailed oriented, because of this I was able to obtain the right documentation and on time. It is people who make a company great and they certainly do their part, their focus is the client and that is what should matter being client centric. They have certainly left a positive impression on me and I look forward to working with both of them in the future.

Compared EQ with another leading Reverse Mortgage provider. Very little difference overall but EQ had an edge in a few areas which I liked.
I have been a Mortgage broker in the past so knew a little more than some others might in my research in terms of meeting my needs.
