I had the pleasure of working with Glenda Neill on a reverse mortgage. She guided me from our initial conversation to finalizing. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have never dealt with a banking representative that made you feel so calm. Would definitely recommend her and the EQ team.

I had an appointment for a representative to call me, which was confirmed by email from EQ bank. When no one had called 15 minutes after the agreed time I called customer service and they put me on hold while they checked and when they returned they said that the representative was tied up on another call but would call me back shortly. I waited one hour and nothing happened and I never received an explanation. Left a bad feeling abut their customer service representatives.

I found it a little confusing learning about reverse mortgages. Glenda Neill was very helpful explaining the policies and procedures I would highly recommend her and this company.
