I ordered some merchandise and was told that the merchandise wasn't in stock, only after I inquired about what was the delay in shipping about 2 weeks later. I cancelled the order and was lied to about a week later that they had refunded me. I had to file a claim with my bank to recoup my money. I should have read their BBB complaints.
Electrocuted
I received this lamp with the classic base. When I was holding the base and touched the power plug (the plastic) I got electrocuted. Avoid this product at all cost. It hasn't been certified, just some crap from China.
Buyer beware! Impossible setup. Useless item!
I purchased a holographic projector fan. It has the hardest set up ever! The directions are in another language and the pictures and wording are so small i cannot make any of it out. Ive tried for hours to figure out how to upload images and stuff but nothing works! I’ve contacted customer service several times. They are no help. They keep sending me a link to watch a video of a guy unboxing the fan and just turning it on. Literally shows nothing on how to get images on this sd card and transferring them to the fan. I am so frustrated that I bought a $129 POS. I guess i will have to return it since they cannot help me use it. Buyer beware!!!
Good marketing. Poor product.
Good marketing. Poor product. I ordered two after returning a similar less expensive corner lamp from Amazon. But ... what I received was basically the same cheap, Chinese lamp as the one I received on Amazon. Exact same remote and many of the same issues.
On my most recent order the hardware screws that attach the legs to the lamp were not sized correctly - the holes were two small for several of the screws. The ones that did fit STRIPPED instantly due to the cheap, soft metal.
Horrible customer service,
Horrible customer service,. Once they take your money. Your on your own. I sent back two bulbs, after receiving their authorization. And a month went by with no refund. Once I reached out "where's my money ". All communication stopped. I had to get my bank involved to dispute charges
Damaged bulb
The bulb I received was damaged. I returned it but have yet to receive a replacement or any response from the emails I have sent. 24 hour customer service?...I don’t think so. Very disappointed.
Poor customer service
Love the lights, but I placed an order on May 16th for 4 items (2 bulbs and 2 different bases). A few weeks later I received 2 bulbs and 1 base. I contacted the company to inquire as to where the remaining portion of my order was and they informed me the LED base light was out of stock, but they would be sending it out soon. (it would have been nice to know that when I ordered, or to have included some kind of communication prior to receiving the incomplete order) Regardless, I was ok with their response, but now I have emailed them (June 24th) with no response and it has now been almost 2 months since I originally placed my order.
EDIT: I just received an email back from them stating my item is expected to be in later this month.

I was sent the wrong light 3 times..Literally 3 times. took over a month to get it all sorted out and at the end of it, all The escape room I was a building that had the light cube in it was incomplete because it was missing.

Received an E. P. Light bulb for Christmas and wanted a base to display it. Shortly after ordering it, I received an e-mail letting me know when to expect it. It was delivered fast and packaged well. It looks beautiful. I’m very happy with their products and service.
No customer service
I have ordered a number of bulbs over the past year . My recent order was incorrect. They have done nothing about it . I have had had a question about the bulbs purchased in the past “three out of the four bulbs blink when they are upside down . No response . Nice product but I won’t use again . Too bad a lot of people at my business ask about the bulbs .

I am a big fan of E.P. Lights. I have 10 of them in different colors and shapes. I have tried to order an 11th light, but they were suddenly out of stock. Hopefully they will be replenishing their entire stock in the near future.

Gorgeous and satisfying. I enjoy seeing these lights every time I pass by. Seem to be equivalent to roughly 35 watts of light.
