I booked an inspection on line not really knowing what to expect I met the inspector at the property and really put me at my ease he talked me through the process explaining everything along the way in my opinion a lovely man who went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible I would Highly recommend this company to anyone who requires an ECP Report

Positive experience
A very positive experience. Booked online and received a call to confirm a date/time on the same day. Drew turned up within the agreed time and provided a 15min heads up. Certificate uploaded to gov website quickly. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Excellent service, we requested the EPC online over the weekend and was contacted by Drew on Monday morning, booking an appointment for Tuesday. He arrived in the allocated time and was very professional. We received a link to the government website with our EPC the following morning. We will definitely recommend .
