Don’t impulse buy,Do your homework
Unfortunately I’ve not had very good customer service myself if I’m honest. I bought the g2 pro max which looked and sounded the part,only I wish I’d of done a bit more homework before taking the plunge. So I’ve done around 100 miles and it’s hard to judge if I’ll make it home each time I go out,battery very unpredictable in my opinion. There’s no key or pad so anyone can just walk up turn it on and ride off. Headlights dreadful. Scooter itself is a very skittyish ride to say the least. My front mudguards turned white and the back one literally just broke snapped and fell off whilst I hit a bump in the road. Also no App to connect phone.
So ye note to self stop impulse buying. Nice colour green though. 👍🏻

We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your G2 Pro Max Electric Scooter, however, we would like to note that you have only made your dissatisfaction clear via this review, and should you have contacted us within your 30 days returns period (and not exceed 5km) we'd have been more than happy to offer a refund, or an exchange for an alternative model.
Also, in regard to the G2 Pro Max not incorporating an ignition unit, this is made evident by not only the products images, but by the fact this feature isn't listed in the products features and specification tab. As for the G2 Pro Max Mudguard, we'd be more than happy to send two replacements free of charge, to arrange this please contact us via our email help@envirorides.co.uk.

Disappointing
1. The power delivery on this cycle is not smooth and the response is poor. 2. The company could not inform me how to adjust the delivery so I have to really push the pedals and always have the control in TURBO for any response. 3.Wiring to the lights is flimsy and laughable. 4. When resetting the trip meter it resets the total mileage meter at the same time. 5. I have had an electric cycle for 7 years before and this one is nowhere near as good even though it looks good.
6. Brakes & gears work fine.

Great service and above and beyond and fast response every time
I was gifted a p1+ from a friend I had no manual a quick email and I obtained one I was missing parts I asked if they would send me spare parts with other stuff I ordered and even though these aren't listed on the website they sent me them for free!! And Jack and Lauren's service and speedy response is brilliant even go as far to send technical videos absolutely brilliant 👏

I brought the EVR Pro a while ago best E-Scooter purchase i have done Enviroride have been nothing but helpfull and amazing juat had to buy another charger and was deliverd super fast even though the delivery company had a issue enviroride contacted them and sorted it to be re-deliverd same day amazing company.

My experience with this company from purchase to delivery was top-notch, First class. The online customer service was very good, With detailed info in their answers to questions/queries i asked them. Jack as very helpful from his/my first to last email. Excellent service and product
The bike arrived really well packed and secure , the instructions were clear and precise, and I assembled it in no time.
This was a gift to my wife , who was very impressed with the style and how easily it was to ride , she was a very happy biker. I highly Recommend this company for service and quality bikes , and would have know hesitation in recommending Envirorides.
