From the first call to enquire about your services to your guy Shaan turning up to our offices - EXCELLENT. Shann turned up on time (6.30am) but I was told by our warehouse Manager that he had arrive at 6am and was outside inspecting. When I arrived at 6.30am Shaan was already up a ladder spraying around a tree and guttering where he had identified where the nest was.

Upon my arrival Shaan came down from the ladder and clearly explained everything to me. I found Shaan to be very knowledgeable and professional. After this Shaan came into our our offices and looked around our loft and confirmed that there were not any nests etc. I asked how the wasps had come from that tree into our loft and land on an employee. His explanation made complete sense. By 9.15am I had received a report with many photos and a clear breakdown of what Shaan had done/found.

Should we ever have a need to use pest control again, we would use this company and also request Shaan to attend. A great representation for a great company. Thank you Shaan/Environ.

Adam carried out mouse proofing at my property yesterday. I was impressed by his professionalism, great attitude and the quality of his work. He took the time to talk me through what he was doing and explained the reasons why. It's clear to see he takes great pride in his work; he did a first-class job!
