Obwohl mein Führerschein in Ihrem…

Obwohl mein Führerschein in Ihrem System registriert ist und ich angeboten habe, ihn sofort über E-Devlet vorzuzeigen, wurde mir die Anmietung verweigert.

Wir möchten ausdrücklich betonen, dass wir mit diesem Vorgehen sehr unzufrieden sind. Das Verhalten des Personals war nicht lösungsorientiert und wirkte zudem unhöflich und abweisend.

Unter denselben Voraussetzungen konnten wir bei einem anderen Anbieter problemlos ein Fahrzeug mieten. Dies zeigt aus unserer Sicht, dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein grundsätzliches Problem handelt, sondern um die Art und Weise, wie vor Ort mit Kunden umgegangen wird.

Wir bedauern diese Erfahrung sehr und fühlen uns als langjährige Kunden nicht angemessen behandelt. Aus diesem Grund sehen wir uns veranlasst, eine Beschwerde einzureichen.

21 Şubat 2026 tarihinde İstanbul…

21 Şubat 2026 tarihinde İstanbul Havalimanı Enterprise Rent A Car şubesinden, yaklaşık bir ay önce yaptığım ve 887735474614 numaralı rezervasyonla Hyundai marka bir araç kiralamam bulunuyordu. Uçağımın varış saatini ve pasaport işlemlerini hesaba katarak rezervasyon saatimi özellikle 08.30’a almıştım. Ramazan dönemi olmasına rağmen Havalimanı o kadar kalabalık değildi, saat 08.00 civarında şubeye ulaştım.

Görevli personele durumumu anlattığımda, 08.30’dan önce kesinlikle işlem yapamayacağını, beklemem gerektiğini söyledi. Ramazan ayında erken saat olması ve gereksiz yere 30 dakika beklemek istemediğimi, eğer sistemde mümkün değilse rezervasyonu iptal edip tekrar düzenleyebileceğimizi belirttim. Buna rağmen rezervasyonum iptal edildi ve sonucunda yaklaşık bir ay önceden yaptığım rezervasyon boşa gitmiş oldu.

Daha sonra çağrı merkeziyle görüştüğümde de son derece kaba bir tavırla karşılaştım ve bana herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. Bu süreçte hem zaman kaybettim hem de mağdur edildim. Haksız yere iptal edilen rezervasyonumun mağduriyet yaratmayacak şekilde telafi edilmesini ve Ataşehir şubesinden, aynı şartlarda ve ek bir zarar oluşturmadan yeni bir rezervasyon oluşturulmasını talep ediyorum.

Mietwagen Renault Clio am Flughafen Sabiha Gökcen

Habe vom 8. bis einschl. 11. Februar am SAW Flughafen ein Fahrzeug bei Enterprise angemietet. Der Mietvertrag, digital erstellt, sollte mir umgehend per Mail zugesandt werden. Erst auf meine Anfrage am nächsten Tag, habe ich die *.pdf per WhatsApp erhalten. Bei der Rückgabe wurde mir das Rückgabeprotokoll wieder per Mail zugesagt. Bis heute (13.02.2026) habe ich nichts erhalten. Auf meine heutige Anfrage habe ich lediglich eine unverschämte Antwort erhalten. Der Wille ist da, das Personal ist sehr schlecht geschult und eher nachlässig. Es wird kein nächstes Mal geben!

Held onto my card details and attempted to steal funds 6 months later.

Hired a car via Alamo (also owned by Enterprise) back in July / August 25. I experienced following issues with the car:

The automatic handbrake did not work.
The break peddle is starting to stick. This was noticeable when requiring to break at speed.
The tyre pressures were low (I had to pump them up).

I complained at the time of returning the car as well as afterwards but did not receive a response.

Suddenly in January 26 I receive a notification from my bank that they have taken 126.00 TRY from my account. Upon complaining to Enterprise they return the money but provide no explanation as to why the money was taken.

From my view this was a blatant attempt to discreetly steal money! This is completely unacceptable!!

To Enterprise - I have already emailed enterprise@ but yet to receive a response. PLEASE REMOVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM!

SCAM with Car rented at Enterprise, Kayseri airport agency (Turkey), 500 euro deposit taken and never given back, customer care silent from more than two months...Is this Enterprise standard?

Keine Rückerstattung der Kaution

Enterprise hat eine Kaution auf meine Kreditkarte gebucht, mir eine Rechnung für Maut in der Türkei berechnet aber die Differenz von über 150 Euro selbst nach vier Wochen und mehreren Anrufen und Emails noch immer nicht erstattet! Ich hoffe meine Kreditkartenfirma wird mir jetzt weiterhelfen.

Absolute Katastrophe.

Absolute Katastrophe.
Jedes mal kommen Sie mit was anderem. Einer Anmietung im Flughafen Saw Istanbul kann ich nur abraten. Trotz Reservierung wollten Sie auf einmal eine Türkische Tel Nummer. Beim letzten mal wollten sie einen Strafzettel eintreiben, wo und warum dieser ausgestellt wurde wollten Sie aber nicht beantworten. Autos die Monate vorab bestellt wurden waren nicht bereit.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience.
We rented enterprise for professional and reliable service but ended up with completely unprofessional reliable service.
We booked a car from a certain location but when we reached their they said sorry we don’t have your car and you will have to go to airport for collection. We were on holiday with young kids … all this wasted whole one day with express cost to get to airport.
They also trick you in to throwing in discounts with additional charges and give you all invoices in Turkish which you can’t understand. I have been trying to raise a complaint for almost one month ….. and to my surprise international firm like this don’t have this basic process to log complaint.
Horrible experience never opting for enterprise car rental ever again

Extra charges

Counter staff does not speak English
They make you sign contracts in Turkish
We we charged 15000 TRY after returning the car and being assured all was ok with the car
We received no closing statement for that amount

Great experience from the beginning to…

Great experience from the beginning to the end. I went to turkey thinking of all bad reviews and it wasnt like this at all. Very professional they gave a new care 2025 explained everything that i needed to know. I passed tolls so they took the money from deposit explained again every single thing. Excellent and highly recommended.

The worst experience travelling

The worst experience travelling of my life. We had an accident with an all risk insurance. The chief of the company insulted us and told that we must pay 1000 dollars. There was a lot of tensión and we had to call the police. Dont book with this company. Its a shame.

Dishonest and pushy counter service…

Dishonest and pushy counter service trying to sell extra insurance. Was given automatic car when I had booked a manual 3 weeks in advance. Then discovered car 34-FFK-354 had defective front tyres, tread was peeling and bald on the inside edges. I was charge for fuel after return even through the tank had more in than when I collected the car. SO THEY HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM ME.
DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR.

Nie wieder Enterprise Türkei!

Wegen dem Namen Enterprise habe ich ein Fahrzeug in der Türkei von Enterprise gemietet! Nie Wieder! Schade für die Marke Enterprise.

- obwohl ich explizit ein Diesel Fahrzeug bestellt und dafür mehr gezahlt habe, habe ich ein Benziner bekommen! Ausrede war Sie können Enterprise Deutschland und Enterprise Türkei nicht vergleichen! Wir haben anderen AGB s. Umsonst mehr Geld bezahlt.
- Fahrzeug war extrem dreckig
- Nach der Beschreibung soll eine Filiale am Flughafen Izmir AuslandTerminal geben. Ist aber nicht der Fall. Man muss ca.10 Minuten zum InlandTerminal laufen. Im InlandTerminal ist die einzige Filiale. Gleiches Problem auch bei der Abgabe.

Scam!

I had booked a car (Hyundai Mid size SUV) via Expedia but when I got to the airport counter I was told there is no car available! The guy at the counter could not speak English so any talks we had were via google translate which was VERY fustrating for an international brand such as this. He then told me he can give me a BMW 5 series but I have to pay £1000 more to obtain this car. I argued that they need to give me a car as it was pre-booked. He then told me the car I hired was not returned and if I waited 1 hour the car will be back and I can have it. He then spend 20 mins on the phone and came back and said I can have a BMW X1 for £300 more. As I was wasting valuable holiday time with my family I decided to take the BMW X1 as he told me its ready. When we went to collect the car the BMW X1 was not ready and we had to wait another 30 mins in the blistering heat for that car to come out to the front for collection. The car park was full of numerous other cars similar to the Hyundai I had booked (Mazda, Nissan, Kia and VW cars were in abundance!). All in all they are a bunch of liars as they will try to upsell at any cost even if the cars are available. OH be warned - if you arrive at the international terminal there is no car pick up here! You will need to walk 15 mins with all your luggage via public roads in the heat/cold to the domestic terminal, then pass entry security where all bags are checked for all passengers - then check in to the car rental company counter - and then walk another 10 mins to the car collection area. The entire experience is pretty ridiculous!

Underwhelming experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Bodrum Milas Airport

I recently had an underwhelming experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Bodrum Milas Airport when I rented a high-end SUV, specifically a Jeep Compass. While I was excited about driving such a well-regarded vehicle, my experience quickly turned sour due to persistent issues with the car.

From the moment I drove off the lot, the Jeep Compass continually displayed warnings of a hand brake failure. Concerned for my safety, I immediately contacted both the rental office and their customer service. To my dismay, both parties assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They claimed to have checked the car thoroughly and found no errors.

Despite my repeated concerns, Enterprise continued to rent this problematic vehicle to other customers. It was clear that the company prioritized keeping the car on the road over addressing a potentially serious issue.

While I understand that mechanical problems can arise unexpectedly, the dismissive attitude of the staff and their unwillingness to provide a replacement or a proper solution was highly disappointing. I expected better accountability and customer care from such a reputed rental company.

In summary, my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Bodrum Milas Airport was far from satisfactory. If you plan to rent a high-end vehicle from them, I would recommend ensuring that the car is thoroughly checked and in perfect working condition before you drive off the lot.

DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I rented a car with the company at Nevsehir airport.
Reading the values and quality on the website I expected a vehicle worthy of what you say and above all RELIABLE!

Arriving at the airport car park, an employee from the local office offered me a C4 Elysee almost as if it was an upgrade on the size of car I had chosen.
In reality I did not need an upgrade, but I did need a reliable vehicle with which to travel around Turkey for about 2000km.

The C4 Elysee vehicle I was given was old, dirty and had no requirements for hire.
Here are the details:
- The car had 90,000km and was about 5,000km out of service (photo attached). A car with an expired service is not a reliable vehicle because it has not had any technical checks on the engine, brakes and the rest of the mechanics;
- The headlights were dull, yellowed and did not emit a straight light at night;
- The brakes were very noisy and after some stresses they struggled to stop the vehicle;
- It had marks on the bodywork everywhere, so much so that it put the employee who did the check on the return in serious difficulty;
- The interior seats, as well as being dirty, had their upholstery torn out. Such that they did not guarantee a correct driving position;
- The tyres differed from each other.

I asked for another vehicle but it was the only one available. Since I had to go on a planned trip, I had to adapt and take the risk myself.

I wrote to the customer service via e-mail and via Facebook, they tell me that they have passed the file on to upper management but it is all lies.
After repeated reminders, 4 months after the report, I have not received an e-mail.

DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY.
YOU RISK BEING STRANDED ON THE ROAD NOT TO SAY WORSE!!!
