I have a ENGWE bike and I love it

I have a ENGWE bike and I love it ! I already rode 700km with it since 10 months and I'm satisfied. The service client is nice, helpful and answers quickly. They also offered me a nice welcome pack.

Commande passée pour un ep 2 boost…

Commande passée pour un ep 2 boost livre rapidement très bon suivi du service après vente avec une réactivité étonnante nous avons eu un petit problème vite réglé. Je recommande vraiment engwe ce velo est vraiment extra avec une bonne autonomie et un prix raisonnable.

Great bike and outstanding customer service

I bought the ENGWE P275 Pro in January 2025 and overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. The bike itself is fantastic: very well built, solid, and with a great design. You can really feel the quality while riding it.

After about 2,500 km, the automatic gearbox failed. I contacted customer support and despite the time difference between Italy and China, they were incredibly fast and efficient. As soon as I sent my purchase receipt and frame number, they shipped the replacement part without any hassle. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

About 1–2 months later, unfortunately, the battery also failed (just bad luck). Once again, the customer service was excellent. The battery was temporarily out of stock, so I had to wait about a month, but as soon as it was available again, they sent it immediately. Now everything works perfectly.

In summary:
✔️ the bike looks great and rides beautifully
✔️ build quality is very good
✔️ customer support is outstanding and reliable

I definitely recommend ENGWE. My only advice is to carefully choose the model and components: the automatic gearbox is convenient but more complex than a traditional one, so if you want maximum simplicity, a standard transmission might be a better option.

Personally, I am very satisfied with both the bike and the after-sales service. ENGWE really surprised me in a positive way.

The best Ebike

Service - in Person Janice

The service from ENGWE – in person Janice – always responded very quickly. Replies to inquiries usually came the next day, at the latest by the second day. There were occasionally communication difficulties. These were then clarified together and led to a result in the sense that the problems I had identified were acknowledged. They were supposed to be addressed. Unfortunately, management then got involved, which resulted in the problems being deemed normal and nothing needing to be corrected. That's one way to 'solve' problems. Incidentally, I was offered compensation of €100, which was then also taken away by management. Contact with Janice over many weeks was pleasant and friendly. Just as you would expect from a customer service team. Many thanks for that and the 5 stars.

The bicycle came with a small error but its okay!

The bicycle came with a small error which can happen. But the customer service really made it a 5 star for me. They are very kind, patient and helpful. It took a good amount of time to get it fixed but thats because no one was sure where the error exactly was. So they sent me all kinds of different parts and instructions to fully make sure that the error got solved. And the bicycle itself now works wonders, really happy overall!

Great service and very quick replies

Great service and very quick replies. The brakes on my N1 air broke twice and they sent me quick replacement parts. The second time they sent hydraulic brakes instead and they work perfectly. The bike itself (N1 Air ST) is very good, no other issues so far!

Excellent customer support experience

I’ve had my bike for a little under a year and it has been working perfectly. Recently, I had an issue with the display, but I received excellent support from the company. The team quickly identified the problem and sent me the replacement part, which arrived fast. I was able to install it myself and everything is working perfectly again.
I’m really grateful for the great service — especially to Janice for her help.

Engine 2 Pro

I've been using my Engine 2 Pro for a short time now, and so far I can say it's well-made and handles well. As for customer service, I can only say that the experience has been more than positive and far exceeded my expectations; they're friendly and always available for any needs. To apologize for a delay in delivery, they gave me a rain cover, and I have to say it was very much appreciated. Not all companies are this helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend ENGWE!

Ich versuche seit fast 3 Monaten einen…

Ich versuche seit fast 3 Monaten und unzähligen Mails einen Engwe Store in meiner Nähe zu finden, leider unmöglich der v. Engwe genannten Store verfügt über keine e Bikes England, Belgien, China, das ist mir aber zu weit, da kann man nur hoffen das man kein Problem mit dem Bike hat und keinen Service braucht, reiner Online Händler ohne Service. Dafür sind 1.000,-€ noch zu viel.

Great Service Great Bikes

We are a company that bought several Engwe bikes and we are very happy, specially due to the pos service, anytime we had problems they solved them super fast, specially this last time with Janice that was amazing. Thank you very much.
We will keep buying Engwe for sure. 👌
By the way we travel lately to a very rough terrain with Engwe Engine Pro and they did really well, no flat tires to. 💪
