Katie had been amazing a rock always solving problems put me forward to jobs that Mach my strengths I did find she had a very good understanding of of myself as when she was not there the thing I had to do became difficult I found everything we were useful from timesheet to communication and support and I feel this is very important for both the employer and the employee

I think I survived in uk because of laura and she exactly gives bookings according to my needs and requests. she was very kind and professional. she hasnt never been rude even when situations were harder she only tries to explain things. overall she was so supportive in all aspects

The workers at engage education have been increasingly helpful. From being active to doing things on time, they always help me out when I have any queries or concerns.

I have worked with Engage Education for two years. Brilliant team , staffs are ready to support and efficient. You can be sure of permanent role with Engage within few days of placement.

Wasted my time completely. Pressured me to do their forms immediately and chase after references after promising me I would have work ASAP. This went on for 3 weeks. I was then contacted out of the blue saying there was a position available the following week but I was expected to drive 2 hours, pay for parking in a busy expensive city to cite my passport that week (I was given no notice and contacted mid week to do this) The recruiter had said originally she would meet me half way at a recruitment event but then pretended that conversation never happened. I asked for any alternative ways to do this and for information about the role but they never contacted me again. Steer clear they expect you to do everything instantly but are so slow and don’t come up with the work or give you very little notice.

- Poor communication - inconsistent communication from consultants, leaving me unsupported
- No pay for extra hours, 'You are expected to do the job' because Engage Agency pay you teachers' salaries but forgets that Engage Agency do not pay teachers' pension, sick pay or holidays - they will bully you so you will keep quiet
- Dishonest and false information provided by Engage Agency - booking confirmation, and they changed the hours and notice period - DO NOT BELIEVE IN WHAT THEY TELL YOU, keep a record of everything!!!
- Workload and conditions - Mr JW, manager at Engage, told me to go to HR myself to ask for help, but he forgot I am employed by them, not by the school.
- Engage Agency is good at engaging with people. If you ask a question, they give you an answer to something different to avoid digging in
- Engage Agency will lie to the school about you to cover themselves (confirmed by the school).

This year, I had the pleasure of working with several recruitment agencies, and I must say that my best experience has been with Engage Education! I would especially like to mention Jake Ifrah, who is honestly, the best recruitment consultant I have ever worked with. His communication skills are outstanding! Jake is always friendly, helpful, and patient, explaining everything clearly. He is extremely supportive and genuinely cares about helping teachers find the right position. Thanks to his help, I received a wonderful job offer at a fantastic school, and I am truly grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and kindness. I can highly recommend Jake Ifrah and Engage Education in Watford to anyone seeking a positive, reliable, and supportive recruitment experience.

The communication has been excellent with engage. Chris has been very helpful and efficient as I have promptly been given opportunities and work and I am kept updated weekly. My experience as a Cover Supervisor at Carlton Bolling through Engage Education recently has been positive. I have supervised classes across Key Stages 3–4. I have delivered pre-prepared lessons, maintained classroom behavior , and supported students in their learning.
The school staff have been welcoming and supportive, which has made it easier to settle in quickly. I have enjoyed building confidence in classroom management and I am starting to develop positive relationships with the students.
