My experience with Protocol in Bristol has been thorough and amazing right from the start. I found work straight away and I found my experience as TA and Cover Supervisor rewarding! Huge shout out to Mia at the Bristol Branch who was always very empathetic, kind, efficient and pushed me to challenge myself. I had plenty of opportunities come to me and regularly too. I built a rapport with educators within Protocol and beyond in schools and have learnt a great deal. Anyone looking to venture into teaching assistant or cover work, I could not recommend Protocol enough! :)

Been with the company a couple weeks, so far the recruiters looking after me have been so lovely, they've really gone out of their way to find me work in my local area so i'm never travelling too far. Molly in particular has been a GEM, you'll be so lucky to have someone like her, she really gives you confidence to do the job which is needed.
I would give it 5 stars but I haven't been with them long but they're definitely up there.

Protocol Education guided me efficiently and made everything crystal clear. Helen was always attentive and communicated swiftly to ensure I knew what needed to be completed and how. I was very fortunate to have her assisting me every step of the way.

Fantastic team of agents that will find you work. Been sent to some lovely places for work as a teacher and at times as a TA when work is scarce, greening lovely team both in Middlesbrough and Newcastle. They will get you signed up as quick as they can and make sure your safeguard training is updated and often offer further training opportunities.

I’ve worked with multiple of schools with different individual students and pupils with different educational needs. Use of different assistive devices including braille which I have not used before my placement.
