Energy Prices Direct Limited Omdömen

Sam patel is very professional, precise in the details he gives and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone

Sam Patel at Energy Prices Direct was an excellent contact for discussing our charity's energy usage and costs. He was knowledgeable regarding the market and was able to provide a range of options which were relevant, helpful and well explained. Sam was patient and respectful and did not push us to sign anything until we had completed our review of the market. The offers from Energy Prices Direct were more competitive that the others we received and we have signed up with EPD for the next two years. Sam was competent, polite, patient, communicated quickly and efficiently, and we are happy thus far.

Great Customer services and great staff to help, My account manager Steve Helps alot during this time and make us to save time and costs, Recommend it to others too.

I've worked with Steve now on a couple of properties used by my charity and he has been professional throughout. He found improved deals for me on water, gas and electricity which should save money.

He made the process very straightforward for me and each change only took a short amount of my time on the telephone and e-signing contracts.

Based on my experience so far, I would thoroughly recommend charities to use Energy Prices Direct Ltd

Shemayela has been helping with our electric contract for a while now and I've found her very helpful, professional and responds quickly to any queries. She deals direct with our supplier, so that we don't have that hassle. She has been proactive in getting us the right contract at a good price. Thank you Shemayela!

Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. As a result of his work we will be making savings on all of our utilities.

Our business was cold called by this company, who lied to try and get through to the MD, didn't follow cold calling guidelines, and were incredibly rude to the member of the team who took the call. They used deceitful techniques to try and win business. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

I have been dealing with Sam Patel from Energy Prices Direct for a number of years and he has secured great deals for our gas and electricity supplies each time. Earlier this year Sam was encouraging us to get a new deal signed promptly but I wanted to wait - which he respected. The tariff we will go onto later this year will save our church a lot of money.
Sam was very professional and explained the deals carefully and professionally. I appreciated that. His knowledge of the markets and overall customer care was very good indeed.
Well done Sam

I dealt with SAM PATEL & STEVE number of years and they both are always one step ahead of the price increases and makes sure you get the best deal out there. Just recently they mentioned they could find a good deal for energy Electricity & Gas. Have just got cheaper tariff from SAM & STEVE for Gas and Electricity & we are happy to save huge amount of money, from our current supplier. SAM & STEVE are reliable helpful contact who will save your money wherever they can on Electricity and Gas. You can trust him. Brilliant person😀
Both are good in computer knowledge and top class knowledge of Energy Prices. Really happy dealing with them.

Thank you Denver for all your help with renewing my electric contracts
Your knowledge was great and you were very helpful
Thank you I will be using you again

I was guided by Steve to an excellent electricity contract. His knowledge, demeanour and persistance in gaining this contract was excellent. The result was quite brilliant

Totally and utterly useless, for weeks I have been trying to contact someone about a scam in their name. The receptionist always takes my name and number but no one returns your call. I even sent an email to complaints asking someone to contact me, nothing!

Excellent Customer Service. Lilly very professionally navigated the transfer of our energy services to another supplier. She was also extremely polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for her to undertake to ensure a smooth transition.

This is a great company. I am basing this on the excellent customer service I received from Kevin today. He was clear, concise and informative and gave me some really good advice on transferring my Energy contract to an alternative energy supplier who will be a better match for the gallery I work for. The gallery is a Charity and transferring our contract will ensure that we are billed the appropriate rate that we should be paying as a company with charitable status. Thank you EPD and of course KEVIN.

Persistence pays out. Henry Davies was ready to take me through the process when I was ready to sign up.
The service provided was very straightforward and professional.

I have used energy prices direct for a few years now to arrange all my energy contracts for my shops and I have the pleasure of having Shemayla as my account manager who is amazing. She is always on hand when I need her and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best prices. She is also a lovely person in general and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Shemayla

Don’t use, continually harass you despite being asked numerous times not to call no advising them that when the contract comes to an end I will obtain quotes from companies I want to deal with. Because of their harassment they won’t be one of the suppliers I look too.

We have consistently been happy with the service Energy Prices Direct Ltd have provided us. They have helped us find the best available energy options to us and made this process extremely easy. Sunny (their representative) has been extremely helpful throughout every interaction we have had and he has always gone out of his way to provide and excellent level of customer service.

SAM PATEL is very knowledgeable about energy markets. Although he wasnt able to secure me a cheaper deal than I am currently paying he reviewed the deal my supplier was offering and advised me to take it.
He is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
