A bit late.. but this company has really made a difference with my bills.. it’s been dramatically decreased and the new rates are phenomenal.. I’d like to thank shemayela.. she’s been amazing. Literally found a much better tariff rates for my electricity bill.. it was actually much lower than I had expected and didn’t even realise that I’d been paying so much. So thank you very much ❤️💯

I would highly recommend Energy Prices Direct and especially Sam Patel for finding the best deal for my business. He was extremely helpful and very polite. He was determined to find the right dell and gave a huge effort to do this. I am very happy to recommend the company and especially Sam.

This company has helped to lower our energy costs for a few years now. Have just renewed contracts through them. Kevin was very helpful and informative and the process was quick and simple

Sam Patel has advised our Charity helping us to save money. He demonstrates a great effort to help us and he also has knowledge about the best suppliers

Knowledgeable and informative, has helped our community centre avoid crippling energy rate increases, and means I can hang up confidently on other companies' cold callers knowing that our energy needs are being carefully monitored for the best deals

Just recently started our EDF contract. Ranish, on their team was incredibly helpful with our quote. He was very polite, kind and went the extra mile to help us. Great service!

I found Kevin very helpful in getting a range of quotes for our business account. He called back at the time agreed and was always polite and courteous. The quotes were acceptible and so far the switch has gone ahead seemlessly.

Don’t do business with them. I spoke to Dimpal few weeks ago about my prices that too high. She told me I agreed about prices and told me she can provide call details. But now i asking for call details she said she can’t provide. They’re just lying. And every time same person changing names and saying that person not available. But I will sit and tolerate will go further action.

I have dealt with Sam Patel representing Energy Price Direct Ltd in obtaining the best deals for our gas and electricity accounts.
I’ve been totally satisfied with Sam’s professionalism and commitment and follow up in getting the best deals for us as an organisation.
I’ve got no complaints with the service that I’ve received from him and look forward to dealing with him in the future

I've dealt with Sam Patel for many years and he has negotiated and set up a lot of contracts for the charity I work with. All of them have saved us money and he has explained the pricing clearly. He has also ensured that we have paid the correct vat and completed all the necessary paperwork on our behalf.
He always responds immediately to questions and passes on information within the timescale we've agreed.
He sets out clearly the various costs over the contract period and is open about the commission he receives.

Sir. Sam Patel is very good, helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and willingly to help.. I Salute you Sir. All the best

Sunny was very pleasant and helpful. He came up with a competitive quote for our church electricity supply which we have accepted. He explained everything clearly and the process for setting up the new contract was straightforward and undertaken online.

Good prices but more importantly plenty of post-sales customer support from Karen, our agent.
